My journey as a new souls player presses on. I fought a lot of bosses in this episode, and I was pretty hype about it.

Frozen needle and Hoarfrost axe are frost weapons that don't use INT at all, they only use dex and str. They both provide great range options. Serpent-God's curved sword has a special property you'll find in it's description. 50:40 that's a nice white stone

I hope you're not already failing your Vigor check sir! Vigor is one of the most important stats even early on. Of course, play how you want it's just a tip

The big nope dropped on Seluvis was so satisfying, he definitly deserved it ah ah You did it again, beating boss you're not supposed to this early lmao I saw no first playthrough where the person get in the teleporter trap and beat the boss instead of fleeing out of the mine ! (to be fair, it wasn't that early because you were close to the level range to explore Caelid, but I still find it funny to see this is a recurrent theme in this let's play ah ah, well played dude)

Time to get a lantern bro, so u no longer hv to afraid of getting ambush in dark. Some of the merchant sell it, rmb to go talk to them if u see one, most of the merchant will hv a donkey with them, hope this will help u recognize them

I definitely need to find one. I've been equipping the torch pole to make up for it lmao. I keep forgetting to look for a lantern whenever I encounter a merchant.

That Fallingstar Beast is unnecessarily hard for no reason compare to the others you faced around this part of the game. Your difficulty comes from it having so many moves that don't even look like moves and the damage output they cause. Then it doesn't help you in a tight-ass space either. The bell is what use to give to those twin statue back at the roundtable keep to enable you to buy more items from them. Also, if you are going to use those frost weapons you are going to have to build up your INT to make them effective. I'm running a STR INT cold build level 130 on my channel to play with in the DLC. I have to say, your boss adaptation is remarkable and great choice of using that Giant Hunt Ash of War on that Halbert. Mucho damage! ^o^

The attack spam and runback after death were what irritated me the most lmao. I usually use the first few boss attempts as throwaways meant to just figure out their moveset and quirks. I LOVE giant hunt, it's so cool to me. The stance break and damage are a huge bonus 😁.

Good stuff. Also are you aware the glowing white things you find on walls in the tunnels are somber smithing stones (upgrade material) ? Seem to be ignoring them lol.

I realized it after the fact like a scrub. I usually collect EVERYTHING when I play games, but for whatever reason I'm barely collecting in this game 😄. I think I'm so focused on just wanting to see more and more of the world and bosses(super dope) that I'm spending less time collecting.

@@Thryfe Understandable, the sheer scale and scope of it is overwhelming at times. There's just so much to do and non-linear as heck.
