That is my white/black 91 stepside in the video. Got to finally see the dually in person at this show and it is killer. Great looking truck and congrats on OBS of the Year! 1988 was the first year for OBSs & at the time, they only came in regular & new extended cab pickup models because crew cab pickups & SUVs with the previous square body design were still in production which lasted up through 1991. Rewind to 1986 which was the last year for C/K series on the square body models & were renamed R/V series in 1987. The reason for that was to make a distinction between the square body models & upcoming next generation C/K series pickups which were the OBSs for the 1988 model year because both of those body designs were gonna be in production at the same time which lasted up through 1991. They wanted to help people avoid confusion with the two different body designs. So all square body models produced from 1987 through 1991 were R/V series.

@@yeahbuddygarage whenever some people say 1987 was the last year for square bodies, I always correct them by saying, "Actually 1991 was the last year for them. Yes 1987 was the last year for the square body regular cab pickups, but the rest of the square body models on the other hand were still in production up through 1991."

Don’t have those shows where I live. Be a bunch of trucks with crushed cab mounts and broken frames😂 I have a 94 GMC C3500 crew like yours. I’ll never sell it even though I’ve had people ask.
