You heard it here first!
Every set rumour, leak or speculation in this video is of course just that... Speculation. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't hope to see any of these on store shelves any time soon. In fact a lot of these sets are supposed to be coming out soon and though a few images have been released early, I hope to be able to explore the full wave in crystal clear high definition very soon.

The blue wasn't bluescreen reflections, but based on the actual blue-ish props. Lego's sand blue comes pretty close to it. And Lego, like other toy companies, wanted to make the sets more appealing to kids, so more colorful and vibrant than basically a black and white set

Thank you for commenting this! It inspired me to have a look in my storyboards book for the OT and it turns out the original concepts for TIEs where actually bright blue. They of course changed this to grey in ANH is because of the Blue screen but then made the models sand blue for the other two movies.

@@mastermouldie Curious that you say that because I can't remember anything about the bluescreen being an issue or that bright blue was planned, and I did read pretty much all the relevant books. It's just a color choice. And pure grey black would be difficult to see on the final full black background and be a bit boring alongside the also grey DS or SDs And the old model shots didn't use any blue screen for the most part

@mastermouldie I went back and rewatched the episode, the small build in the advent calender is based on Palpatine shuttle from like 2012, it's a different class of shuttle compared to the modified republic attack shuttle thay Wolffe uses in the bad batch

@@cameronklein7980 I see now, Wolffe’s should be a wedge on top compared to palps shuttle. It would be really cool to get either next year but I’m waiting for the bad batch s3 set! Thanks.

You think that 1x1 round plate on the Y-Wing is a true chrome piece? Or just the flat silver? Looks so reflective in the render

@@mastermouldie I believe one of the magazine x-wing builds or a recent polybag had a chrome one(not the printed tile)

@@Matt..S Last years May 4th polybag used a Metallic Silver over the flat silver which is probably the one in the advent. It's not quite the chrome we'd like but at least the plating will not flake off.

🤣 That is actually genius! We NEED a Lord of the Rings advent next year! After giving us Rex in a microfighter, I wouldn't be too surprised if they released Sauron and some Rivendell figs in a cheaper set next year. 😂

Both are Rho-Class shuttles but the smaller build IS missing the extra attachment underneath. I'd rather get a Wolffe fig than another set with Palpatine in though. 😂
