If I have the BCM plug for the truck (to make the truck lights strobe) and I install the truck side side trailer plug, when I turn on my truck strobes through the BCM will I also separately have to use my remote and turn on my trailer strobes? I am looking to use my upfitter switches to activate everything at once by flipping one switch, I hope this is making sense I am ready to order but I don’t want to activate 2 separate buttons unless I could wire them both into 2 separate upfitter switches

Also I understand the trailer plugs come with a wireless remote I’m just hoping there is a way if I have both the BCM and trailer plugs maybe they work in unison and I can ditch the wireless remote

@@chandlerlineman4542 Since the Z-Flash BCM is getting power from the BCM and the Trailer Flasher is getting power from the trailer harness, they are not able to be tied together

So the truck side unit of this will control the trucks flashers and the trailer side is for the trailer? Or is it you only need one or the other?

Neither of them will flash the lights on the truck. They are only for the lights on the trailer. The difference between the truck side and the trailer side is that the truck side gets installed on the truck and now the lights will flash on any trailer that you plug into the truck. The trailer side gets installed on the trailer and now you can hook it up to any truck and the lights on the trailer will flash

Can we get a full flash pattern demo? And show what it looks like when you activate the factory lights such as blinkers, brakes and tail lights? I am curious if the vehicle input would override any of the strobe features.

We are working on more videos! The Z-Flash Trailer Flasher flashes the factory-installed lights on the trailer. The brake lights and turn signals will still work if the flasher is activated once you press the brake pedal or activate the turn signals

how would I get it to also do the brake settings if moving? Do I have to have 7 pins? One for the flashing modes and one for the regular modes?

The lights on the trailer will flash while it is moving but they are not able to do a steady burn

The Z-Flash Trailer Flasher is for customers who park on the side of the road and need to make their trailers more noticeable to traffic.

Some of us haul a side by side atv for off highway firefighting, it is all about visibility when the trailer is near or on the road...

@@user-gw4tc3se7j Actually against the law - If yo have government clearance - ou would have coverage under the jurisdiction. Nobody here I work with in Fire fighting believes what you are saying. PLease provide the government document you have from the government jurisdiction allowing ou to violate the law.

making red lights flash on a non emergency Vehicle you cant have red flashing lights on a trailer it will be illegal red flashing can and will get you pulled over if its strobing other then for turn stop and hazards

Some vehicles have the tail lights as turn signals( Red) , so this is just a different pattern from your 4- way blinkers

Flashing Red is normally only illegal for front facing, if it's a non emergency vehicle
