These are the essential first mustang mods YOU MUST DO! These are cheap easy mods that I think are some of the best! Some of these apply specifically to the 2005-2009 Mustang & Mustang GT's!

@@josuesantiago1550 yeah but if you delete your cats and want the full benefit of the intake you’ll need one (on a 05-09 GT assuming it has 260 RWHP with an intake and a bama tune you can bump it up to 290-295)

@@josuesantiago1550 tune does a lot bruh idk what you’re smoking. Im making 320 wheel with BBK LTH, BBK O/R X pipe, Mbrp muffler deletes, ford racing cai, 3.55 stock gears and Lito custom tune. Not to mention I’m about to cam, and I already have gapped q50 3.0t, 350z DE and HR, scat packs, hemis. Tune is essential to these v8’s or any car in general

Only complaint id say is the hood. I just bought my brother in laws 05 gt so very excited about it. Best looking mustang GT era in my opinion.

I'm buying my first car, 05 mustang in 20 days. Hella excited. This video gave me a few ideas. My main focus are the performance enhancement mods. But this really helped to lure some exterior mods into my head.

Don't remove that round deck lid badge....its a classic feature. Goes great with your classic looking tail lights.

Those tails are especially good for black mustangs. Despite the LED's shining bright when they're on, when they're off, they're darker than the darkest tinted covers you can buy.

Thanks bro I’ve been wanting a civic si myself as a daily but I can’t afford that rn on my college/full time job budget I have a 94 GT that’s built to the sky (306ci, full bolt ons, suspension mods, etc) with about 15k put into it (by previous owners) but even highly modded it doesn’t give me the same enjoyment as the canned 4.6 3v manual with some lower springs and koni shocks I’m in the process of listing the 94 GT for sale now actually You got any videos or pictures of your GT?

I have a 05 GT black with red interior. It's stock except the chrome wheels. It's lifted a little in the back like a hot wheel car. It has 26k miles on it. 👌

They come from factory with that ride height, it's known as a 'rake' stance where the back end is lifted or sits higher than the front end. Most noticeable in Dragsters or older Muscle cars.

Your Mustang looks good 🔥. It probably looks way better now since this video is 2 years old. I just got me a 07 Mustang GT two days ago and it’s sooooooo quiet. Like my 10 Camaro RS is louder than my GT 😩🤣. I definitely want to get it cammed, get a exhaust on it, some headers & get it tinted. That’s my little plan

There is a sexy black 2006 GT Deluxe in my town and never having a GT mustang in my life I am seriously thinking about buying it. It's way under market price too! 90k miles for only $6800 and it looks like it's in amazing shape. I had a 2004 Mustang but it seemed real slow as a v6 3.8L.

You can change the exhaust to give you a more throaty sound but at the end of the day your speed limit is still 65mph....lol.

i have the exact same car with GT500 rims mine are black and polished tho. ford racing exhaust BBK cold air SR coils 4.10 ford racing gears hurst shifter nitto g2 tires 295 in back 255 up front. gen 5 tail lights protector headlights. cams and custom tun coming soon

Please take this comment as constructive criticism. I think your videos especially this one are clear and to the point but in my opinion the only thing that's off is the fact that you should be shooting your shot towards the mustang and specifically angle the shot towards whatever area of the car that your talking about while your talking about it or the mod instead of just recording you talking while your blocking or not showing a angle to were you can see the car better or get a wider angled lens on youre phone but really try to shoot the car area as your talking and pointing out what the mod is your discussing k best of luck awesome car btw laterz

He listed 2 performance mods Cold air intake from K&N cone with a oil cooling system was my first mods to my mustang 2005 and it helped on the track later I put tires on and got a rebuilt transmission last week once she crossed 80,000 miles that was dead Next is a engine swap to a 2007 ford gt 500 got it sitting in the garage dont mess with suspension mine is fine and its stock and is still fast with its turbocharged V6 that the og owner had in it as my dad once told me "you don't need a million dollars to have a car with a big heart"

Did you ever buy it? I'm going tomorrow to look at an 05 GT 2D convertible. It has 77k miles on it and they are asking for 14k. The rims are going to need replaced as they are scratched up, needs some upholstery work, and someone, for some dumbass reason, put some weird ghosted decals above the rear tires on the fender that I'm going to have to remove. It has been sitting on their lot for a month now and no one has bought it so I'm going to open up at 10k because of the minor work that needs done and how long it has sat. Carfax shows no accidents or reported damage so that's a plus. I'll meet them at 12k but wont go a dime over that. I feel 12k is still high, but it is very low mileage for that car.

No, no, no, no! I would never change the tail lights...I keep cars original, i would never put some aftermarket mods into a car like that...its perfect without it....but its yours so do what ever you want, enjoy it and pls...dont crash it.

Read the owner's manual, or look for a demonstration video on KZfaq entitled "2005-2009 Mustang Fog Lights Wont Turn On". Basically, they work only when the high beams are off, the engine is on, and you pull the headlight switch knob out.
