I 100% agree with you that for makes stuff so hard. My focus st is a pain in the ass to do coilovers on, let alone adjust them have to take it out to adjust the tophat. Love the shop major goals bro!

Keep in mind, various intervals of the transmission are no longer being made. You cannot do a true full rebuild anymore, unless you find someone with old stock. Also, the gearset haven’t been made in years and are very hard to find new, and spendy. I would advise stocking up on transmissions, if you plan to keep this long term and having a shop like team rip or TMZ rebuild them with stock they have.

I did racing springs on mine. Took 2 hours. Screw a spreader tool just take the whole hub off the car and then u don’t need to separate the strut from the hub. Much easier that way fam

@@PuReAgonize I wish I had a spreader tool, was opening it with a 3/4 in ratchet and if you didnt get it perfectly center, the top or bottom would keep binding. Then the tab would hit the ratchet if it was too deep. First german car so you live and learn.

Sometimes you can grab the swaybar endlink from the backside with vice grips to hold it while you tighten the nut. But ofc it's always easier to just replace those
