That choir in the background? I was 34 years old and AT this concert. The “choir” was Christie and John McVie, Mick Fleetwood, and Lindsey Buckingham. C’mon friend. These were actual musicians who knew their craft. No auto tune, no click tracks and trap beats. This was rock and roll as it was meant to be.

I'm so glad to see people react not just Fleetwood Mac but to see people react to the dance performances, I almost wore out my VHS tape of this back in 97 when this came out...

What a frickin' performance!!! I was lucky enough to be around in her prime..they were giants in the late 70s who strode the Earth

4:07 - "That choir" is actually the lead singers of Fleetwood Mac all harmonizing with each other in the chorus - Christine McVie (on piano), Stevie Nicks, and Lindsey Buckingham. They harmonize well with each other. I think Lindsey Buckingham comes up with these vocal harmony arrangements. I'm not sure if John McVie joins in to do backup singing, and Mick Fleetwood is busy at the drums...so..

The guitarist she’s singing to is the person this song is about. She walked away from him for reasons described. It seems so real because it is real

I’ve been a huge fan of Stevie Nicks since the beginning. My daughter was born in ‘99 and I named her Stevie. Silver Springs is a special song for me , I got divorced when my daughter was 2yo because my ex had an affair so this song really tugs at my heart

Try " Insider " one of 3 duets with Tom Petty. Also, my personal favorite Stevie solo song "Violet and Blue" from the "Against All Odds" movie sound track. Used to be near impossible to find but she added it ti the re-release of "the Wild Heart" CD, thank God. It's a bit lessor known but the writing and Stevie's vocals on that recording are amazing. I won't even start on the Mac or I'll start having to throw Lindsay and Christine songs at you too. Much love.

It's not a choir, it's Stevie, Lindsey and Christine doing harmony! Well there are also 2 backup singers, but primarily it is the 3 lead singers of the Mac. And Vince Gill was barely 20 when Lindsey wrote the guitar part here!

When Christine, Lindsey and Stevie joined their voices in harmony, they were a perfect example of the old saying, “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” Something about the three of them singing together produced a resonance that sounded like several more than three voices. They were magical. All five of them made magic together, including Mick and John on drums and bass.

One new and upcoming unique voice (rare dramatic contralto with polyphonic and subharmonic abilities) is a young (19) year old Russian singer. I absolutely love Stevie Nicks and Fleetwood Mac from high school. She puts a song forward like no other. This young singer, Diana Ankudinova, imo, has the same kind of potential. Try “Can’t Help Falling in Love” from the Russian competition “The ShowMaskGoon”. You won’t regret this. For Stevie, You might enjoy “On the Edge of 17”. It’s a masterpiece as well! Enjoy whenever you can and know that you aren’t alone. We all have those kinds of experiences and the best revenge is to survive, thrive and learn. Much love and appreciation from California.❤️🍀🌈😇🙏🏻❣️

This song is absolutely amazing. If you don't know, Stevie Nicks wrote this song about Lindsey Buckingham (the guitarist that you see in this performance, that's why she sounds so pissed at the end because she's singing at him lol). The song was supposed to be on their Rumour album but it wasn't selected because they thought it was too slow for the album, so this song stayed hidden for like 20 years. As much as Lindsey and Stevie didn't get along for a while, they made incredible music together. I recommend you to react to a song they have called "Say Goobye". It's a really pretty song that Lindsey wrote about their relationship and the live acoustic version is a lot better in my opinion than the studio. There's clip from 2013(?) where they performed the song on tour and Stevie kept crying during the performance.

This story is actually her response to Lindsey Buckingham"s song "You Can Go Your own Way" as well as her response to their final breakup. Lindsey got married & has kids. The last minute of this video isn't lost on me or anyone familiar with the drama between them! ** for those who have seen this video clearly, did you see at first how Lindsey avoided looking at Stevie and was SWEATING? But again, that last minute, you literally feel Stevies emotions yourself, all of them - anger, heartbreak, love, hate, etc 🩷🎵⚘️

Sweating? 😂😂😂 this was near the end of the concert, he was sweating during his solos well before this song 😂 so you implying that he is sweating because Stevie is singing at him? You do understand they have been performing this live for 40 plus years. 🙄

@Brendon M Trigger much? 😂😂😂 No, I think you may be the only person who is aware of the band's musical & personal history. Are you aware this is a 1997 concert? Lindsey was married and had kids with someone else at this time? Are you aware Lindsey & Stevie haven't performed together in 10 years since Buckingham left the group in 1987? Funny, nobody else is "SWEATING" like that. There's always 1 in every crowd. 🙄 Are you aware you're a 💩4🧠
