We are on the first official sailing from Miami of Royal Caribbean’s newest and largest ship… Icon of the Seas! We were on for the 3-day pre-inaugural but that wasn’t enough… now we get 7 more days of fun!
This time we have an Infinite Oceanview Balcony cabin… this is a controversial cabin on Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean has added them to this class of ship. You either love them or hate them…

These infinite balcony rooms seem to be all weather balconies- which I love, because most cruises you encounter either high winds or weather/storms which prevent you from being able to sit outside on the balcony. These, you can sit & watch the world go by regardless of the conditions outside 💕😎👍

You guys do a great job of showing the many improvements on the ship. Sure makes me want to book, as it's been a few years since my wife and I have cruised. Love the way the balcony windows open up. Very innovative.

LOVE YOUR VIDS GUYS! the ship is just too big for me and it seems really loud. I'm a small ship guy and my choices are getting more limited as the years go on. Having to go up to ultra luxury lines for this. I'm sure there is a market for the mainstream lines, but big ships make big money. Glad you love it!

Always watching but rarely comment lol. You guys are awesome. Wow - you can cast to the TV?! That's awesome! I know the air shuts off when the window is open - does it stay cool in there when you close the blinds? Great video, as always!!

It does get decently cool but bot as cool as we really like it! Our thermostat always said 68° but it never really felt like 68° felt more like 72

I am not sure if you felt this, but someone else on the inaugural trip said that opening the infinite window automatically turns of air conditioning. The curtains might hold back some of the heat, but did it stop the humidity? Someone else talked about big wave days, and although you may not want to go out on the balcony for long, but the captain can decide that the windows cannot be opened.

Well the air does cut off BUT we only opened like twice for a short time…lol! It’s nice just having the big window there to look out so we didn’t feel the need to open it really! And we like our cabin cold 🥶 lol

Well I drink the lowest carb beer I can find, and yes I do realize beer has carbs in it! It’s either that or all those sugary drinks and Im not about that!
