Hey!! I hope you are doing good. I will be giving my CA Foundation exams in June 2024 and I'm currently 23 years old working as a primary teacher. Assuming that I clear all my Inter and Final exams in first attempt , I will be able to complete it when I'll be 27 years old. I wanted to know will I have the same opportunities as a CA at age 24 or 25 will have or would it be a different scenario for me?

Yes definitely you will get same opportunities, there are limited opportunities only for multiple attempters. Although it can matter in some of the govt organisations but private companies and firms do not mind hiring a good talent. All the best 👍🏻

It is a reality that big 4 will provide job for those people who cleared CA in one or two attempts and if you get a rank it is a plus point But if you clear CA after 4 or 5 attempts you can get into Big 4 after five to ten years experience with decent skills I know many people who can't get into big companies even they cleared in first attempt because they can't clear interview

Thank you for your kind words 🙏🏻 CPA is good for jobs in global market.. however not very recognised in Indian market. You can go for it but weigh the pros and cons first.

@@TheCharterGirl on yt most of coaching says cpa is good for mnc jobs...and Acca is also famous nowadays.. actually I m now 30 I can't do CA at this tym ..I need short course to get high salary thts y I asked about cpa and also I searched about Macquarie where u doing job ..they also hire cpa fresher and experience.thts y m I asking I thought u would know😊

@@jitendrasagar5673 yes ACCA and CPA are becoming popular nowadays. All I meant was that you can get jobs in MNCs but maybe not in Indian companies

Can u ask in ur company what is cpa starting salary actually on yt all r giving Google answer bt I want market reality...can u ask them they give ryt answer. And also u worked in PWC .can u tell me all big4 still provide work from home or not ..or hybrid model.. ryt now u doing hybrid or wfm😅

It depends on domain to domain in Big4. In M&A we were working in hybrid mode and in Macquarie also I’m working in hybrid mode.
