Yeah I’d stick with that first exhaust baffle set up he let us hear. Everything always sounds great indoors, but that first set up, sounds like a NASCAR! The pipe blew me away asi thought you were going with one of those shorties, but so glad you went with the full length exhaust. Looks outstanding. Bro, you need to order from Target or Walmart, Mack’s Ear Plugs! I throw a small bag of those in my jacket pocket, and they absolutely eliminate the sounds from exhaust, wind, etc…. A game changer, been wearing the for years. They absolutely let a guy really relax on the road, and never feel you’re getting a beat down on your ears buzzing for hours.

This video is phenomenal both to the product and to the potential buyer of a Khrome Werks pipe. You have a top professional installing it giving his opinions the whole way through we're able to see the pipe get an idea of how to go about installing it looking to see if there's any issues along the way it doesn't get any better than that and you can certainly see how many times I've watched the video I am in the market for this pipe... Currently I'm researching things out as far as a single cut out with my bag situation. I have a 22 Street Glide Special and I don't want to get rid of my extended bags. I like that look quite a bit I don't want to get into aftermarket bags that don't have the Harley logo inside or change a bunch of parts costing me a fortune to accommodate a 2 into 1 pipe. . I'm currently grappling with the idea to stay with a dual exhaust using a Khrome Werks the pipe is just as beautiful, well made and high performance, but all of us horsepower freaks know all about the advantages of a 2 into 1 I just can't spend a fortune to change up bags and store all my original Harley parts that I'll never use again... What would help me and I'm sure many others that are looking to drop a ton of money on Khrome Werks is the same type of video install of a Khrome Werks dual system so I could spend an equal amount of time learning that... I have diligently searched KZfaq for an installation video by a competent person that can articulate intelligently and that information strangely absent.. Thank you for your efforts I really appreciate what you bring to the table it's helped me make a lot of decisions seeing firsthand what I have to go through to achieve my goals on my bike👍👍

And I have a 107 but stage 3 with the 114 jugs and higher compression piston. And the same breather as yours. Your gonna love it . I run down the cvo stage 2 117s all the time and I think it’s from the kw 2-1 pipe. I’ve had all the pipes you could think of.

I have been all over the place trying to decide which cam to install in my M8 107. Thanks to your videos I have finally decided on the S&S 475. It seems it's the perfect CAM for the 107; great horsepower and torque, reliable, and of course the lope. Thank you for the great videos!

Unles something goes wrong with the mixture or timing when changing from a restrictive (high back pressure) exhaust system to a free flowing (low back pressure) system, torque and power go up when back pressure goes down. It works the other way around also. BTW, if torque goes down at any rpm so does hp. If torque goes up, power goes up. They are directly proportional (if you throw in rpm and the constant of 5252).

That sounds good I’m sure it’s tough to get true sounds through the camera. I’ve been waiting to hear that pipe. I don’t know anyone with it yet. Looking forward to seeing the dyno curve

This is a great looking bike as I always say the best part of it is building the bike and putting the custom touches on that you like and then sooner later you buy another bike and do it all over lol!!!!!!

They make Axle kits that’ll Clear when going to taller shocks. You don’t have to beat dents into the muffler…

According to KW, there are no baffles for the 2-1. They are only for the duels.

Can he dyno it with both baffles to see how much torque you are sacrificing in exchange for being louder? I ask cuz I have db killers in my s&s that I may remove if no big difference

I would go with the quiet baffle for sure. Grab that tork. On the highway you will hate that noise. Try it fot 6 hours. You will never hear your radio either. Just my.. 02..

Do you have any issues with scraping the pipe through turns with this pipe? I’ve been scraping through any hard u-turn or if I lean it over through canyon turns.

back pressure necessary for low end torque? In short, no. Velocity and scavenging are much more vital to making good power than the amount of back pressure in an exhaust system for a 4 stroke engine.
