SHAUNO's BACK! On ya mate!!👍👍👍 If you notice, Burto always does his best work when Shauno is assisting...plus Shauno is right on the ball as shown in this vid with the oil fill-up and sump plug..maybe put him on as part time/casual?😊 Just watching how all the guys working in the workshop there are full on dedicated pros! Todds should be doing fab work on F1s! Josh the wiring guy is just as important to a vehicle as what a performance shops dedicated engine tuner is.. Birdo is just the jack of all mechanical.. If your ever going out remote 4x4 touring, these are the guys I'd want tagging along in the the crew, great work fellas! 👍👍👍

Hey lads, you should definitely be running a vac canister setup and a one way valve for the brakes. Being turbo now if you don’t have a valve you will blow up the booster 🤙🏽

Don't forget one way valve in vacuum line to brake booster. You don't want 50psi blowing into the booster..... You might need hydraulic brake booster so she can stop this thing.....

Duno if it's just me but at the start of starting it sounds like one cylinder is down on compression? Could just be a sticky valve from sitting hopefully. Be interesting to see a compression test done on all cylinders maybe?

@@flatoot if you listen closely to the 'choom choom choom' of the compressions, one of them is a 'chim' and it's always the same one, 5 chooms and one chim

@@dcf476 I know the imbalance you're talking about. I just don't think it's concerning. Especially if it's been sitting. Last engine swap I did, my engine had sat for 2 years since I bought it. V6 and the compression test was terrible on a few cylinders. I was worried I'd bought a heap of junk. But it fired up nicely and runs good.

That seat belt, if you pull it out completely, use some brake line clamps to hold it fully retracted and then get a hot bucket of water with laundry detergent and a brissel brush to scrub it, might need a couple changes of water. You can use brake cleaner as well with a gerni but I find the laundry detergent does a better job
