Your pool and pool furniture look great! The firepit looks gorgeous... the shade variation doesn't "shout" out it sits really nicely with the sofa and chairs... Great to see you're now able to swim in the pool too ... Happy days!

Awe - so happy for you both that you finally get to enjoy the pool and hot tub. It all looks lovely. And the fire pit is really nice. A long few months but worth it in the end. May you enjoy many swims and soaks….. husband used to like having a few laps in our pool at 5:00am before showering and heading to work

Re the Solar Blanket, we ditched ours years ago in favour of a Liquid Blanket. Again only needed in the cooler months and you simply add it into the skimmer. We get ours from "Pinch-a-Penny" stores. The finished Pool and Deck is awesome, many Congratulations.

Aceeeeeeeeeed! That made me laugh Barry. As a young soldier back in the day, that screech was common place around the barrack block. And I loved your comment about Maxine and her extraordinary skills in money management… “Yorkshire!” 😂😂😂. Enough said their. As a Scotsman, we are so wrongly accused of being tight. This is something I am convinced was brought about by a Yorkshire man, or woman (life of Brian) to take the spotlight off of their tightness. How can I say this? Because both my Brother and Sister in laws are Yorkshire and they are both tight as the proverbial Nats chuff! All that aside, the pool and furniture with the fire pit look amazing. I’m sure we’ll worth all the effort. Hope you have hours of fun with it.

You could take say $100 off sale price and it would only cost you $50 and be better off than having to have paid returning it. Then go and buy the right colour. But if didn’t sell in that price range I’d probably keep it, but I get the wrong colour will always annoy you. Great to see you’ve finally completed the pool

We decided to keep it in the end. The color is not too bad, and everything will fade in the sun anyway
