Duncan didn’t average 20+ after the 06-07 season. He’s just consistent and so were the spurs. He averaged in the low teens so they couldn’t put him in the top ten

This list was based on what the players did the year before, and what they were expected to do going into the upcoming season. LeBron was the reigning MVP, NBA Champion, and Finals MVP. KD led the Thunder to the NBA Finals and was last season's leading scorer. Dwight Howard was the best center, defender, and rebounder in basketball. And he was expected to make a full recovery from his injuries from the year before (which he didn't). CP3 was the best PG in the NBA and people expected the Clippers to domimate the West the following season. D-Rose is the only one that bothers me. He only played in half the games the year before and he didn't play at all in the following season

Derrick rose was not better than Wade and Kobe going into the 2013 season moron. Hell he never was for that matter

@@IamSSAINVINCIBLEx He was definitely better than Wade, because he carried them to the ECF. Wade at that point couldn't get out of the first round/make playoffs until LeBron joined him. You could argue Kobe but its not given bc this was made in 2012 going into 2013, when Rose led his team to top of the league record 2 straight years and the ECF in 2011 while Kobe was then 2 years removed from his most recent championship and had been 1-8 in the second round since then too

@@Supermariohoops24 He was definitely not better than Wade you're on meth. Wade's numbers were better across the board than Rose in 2012 and finished with the 3rd highest PER in the league while finishing top 5 in DPOY voting. Slap yourself out of that dream you're in bud

SSA INVINCIBLEx 1st in the NBA record with injuries, averaged more APG and better shooting splits, and they didn’t have the advanced metrics like we see today until after the 2013-2014 year. Why do you think MCW won rookie of the year and has been shit since? Bulls would’ve beat the Heat that year too, which would’ve only inflated Rose’s place, probably close to LeBron

@S Wavey in no world was he WAY better than bron in 2012. If u wanna say better, then cool. Even though you're wrong. Kobe was not better than him after 2010. Uo to that point, yeah he was better. After lebron left Cleveland, no. Bron was the best player on the planet. Who won and who was better are NOT the same And let's not act like bron hadnt already been an mvp in 09.
