@@Gggg-cq1ih The reality for Tottenham right now is that the first half of the last three games are at our team's current level. In the second half of those games, the opposing teams played loosely and we scored. If the opposing teams had played like the first half, it would have been a disaster. Big picture? If he is not sacked and starts next season, I don't think he will be able to make it past September anyway.

Those managers weren’t getting battered week in week out and making the same mistakes. However, in Ange’s defense Spurs don’t have huge budgets so why they keep employing managers that need exact ready made players to fit their rigid system is beyond me because it means a total rebuild every time with no budget. Buy some players, get half the desired result, lose games when players can see system doesn’t work and they down tools which has happened under the last 3 managers, sack manager and rinse and repeat. Surely a manager who can be flexible to make the system fit the tools he has available is a better fix. Howe for instance has worked magic with very little at times. Emery same, came in inherited a lot of players and adapted to get the system to fit what he has. Ange won’t and therefore his tenure is doomed to fail from the start because Spurs won’t shift the 13 players they need to and they won’t buy the 13 players needed to make the system work. Nor will the fans wait 5 years to build it. Levy missed the boat and now with FFP and the stadium and lack of CL football there isn’t the budget required for the big rebuild and there never will be.

Yes, the Ange system has been sussed by many coaches, so Ange will need to tweak it !

@TooDarnSoulful essentially need to play a good passing 6 when teams play a low block, and Biss when we play teams that come onto us. Likewise werner and Johnson work against teams with high line, but are poor against low block due to their poor technical ability.
