When Charlie Berens and Andrew Roffe embark on a camping adventure, Charlie finds out very quickly that Andrew has never been camping before. Whether it's setting up a tent, chopping wood for the campfire, or asking to take pictures with the animals, Andrew's inexperience quickly becomes a problem for Charlie. Will Charlie and Andrew survive their first camping trip together?

Ah as a kid we went camping with some first timers. They forgot the rain fly and got soaked, left the tent open to air it out and then toads invaded, their son forgot his suitcase and had to borrow some of my sister’s clothes, and their daughter got a really high fever. We insisted normally it wasn’t like that but honestly I don’t blame them for always renting a cabin after

worst part for me is if i forgot my 1/2" foam pad to sleep on, i was a camp counselor for a summer, i can write a book on "stupid"

I mean other than the fever, the rest seems pretty regular. You forget stuff, that’s on you, it sucks but nature doesn’t care. The toads, well again, nature doesn’t care

omg that whole thing is too funny. Who the heck takes a SUITCASE to go camping?? A toad invasion, I gotta see pictures of that omg And my closed cell foam is 1/4 inch and PLENTY. You wuss. The so called men I went camping with couldn't understand how I could be comfortable on that. As a kid my parents just put us right on the dirt. Tarp, sleeping bag, done. NO tent. I still love camping

I grew up in central Wisconsin & have gone camping so many times. I LOVE it. I'm usually the 1 setting up the tents & making the fires/cooking all of the food over the fire these days. Lol

I got into camping when I was 19 now I do the same with tents and fire. I also pack extra supplies even though I give everyone who comes a list of what they need. Everytime without fail.

I miss camping When I was growing up in California we camped at least once or twice a year, and it was pretty much just like this ...except the campsites had a fire pit and picnic table already there ...I think we got the firewood from the ranger station _(they were trying to protect the redwoods from getting all cut down)_ the adults got up early, but we could sleep in...if we didn't mind missing breakfast (which was actually a lot better than the cold cereal we usually ate at home) A portable stove and griddle can make camping magical 🥰

in the 80s.. my teenage parents... were kind of drifters... so.. I spent the fall living at a campsite in Wisconsin... fun times.. it's how I got this great scar on my leg.. afterward my dad chained my bike to a tree while he was at work..

The two that got me were the music and the stump chopping. Except instead of stumps it's them trying to fell a giant tree, they give up in 5-10 swings and say something about how they're basically a lumberjack now so they can wear flannel.

Had some dudes camped next to us this last weekend from lower Michigan. One of 'em had 3 shitty couch blankets and a sheet on an air mattress, and none of 'em brought any extra clothes even though the predicted temperature range for their stay was 35 to 65°. Long story short, they bailed out before Sunday.
