Today was our 4th day of 15-day spring trip in Japan. We started our day with breakfast at the bakery in the Beppu Station. Today we supposed to take the newest Sunflower ferry from Beppu to Osaka, but at 10 am we received an email that says Sunflower ferry to Osaka was cancelled without giving any reason. As we not spoke any Japanese, we can't call the service center also. After the breakfast, we went to the tourist information center for assistance to call the ferry's service center. After waiting about one hour, finally we got a reserved ferry from another Sunflower ferry in Oita and will arrived in Kobe the next morning. Oita is just 15 mins ride from Beppu and Kobe is just 30 mins ride from Osaka. So this was acceptable to us. After the stress has passed, we went to Beppu park to take some pictures and just enjoy the flowers.
On the afternoon around 4pm, we depart from Beppu Station to Nishioita Station using train and when we arrived in there, we surprised that the station doesn't have elevator and we bring 2 big luggages. Finally after lugging the heavy luggages, we arrived and can board the ferry afterwards. The Sunflower Gold ferry was an old ferry so we got a little upset as we supposed to ride the newest Sunflower ferry in Beppu. Nevertheless, we just grateful that we can go to Osaka today.
