Our youngest son took his family to Carowinds for vacation last year. They rented a cabin nearby and stayed for the weekend. Seeing Zay and Maddie interact with the children puts a big smile on my face. You can see how much the younger children love them.

It was fun to see Zay and Maddie at the park with you. They are so good with the little ones. I'm glad they all had fun. They really rip you off with food at the parks but hey yolo.😊

Anthony and Zay and his girlfriend have such young good souls. Peter thank you and your kids for sharing so much of your private time with us all. Luke's joyous enthusiasm is so joyful it is priceless. And Isabella had me tearing up when she realized she was inches from enjoying her favorite ride. Still fun times for all. If you get an annual pass (which is only about $120), you can visit the park from early March-New Year's Day, free water park, free concerts, free special events, early park admission, free parking, and discounts on food/merchandise. As someone who travels to theme parks around the country, Carowinds is actually a very good value. We've had annual passes for years and just love it. Glad you guys had a great time. God bless.

Height restrictions on certain rides are a safety measure. Small children may be at risk of slipping out of the safety harness or slipping under safety bar, for example. Children are more accepting of exclusion when it is explained to them this way. No-one wants to fall off a ride !

Peter, did y'all see the Carowinds Fort Mill South Carolina and Charlotte North Carolina State Line marker? It's outside some of Carowinds entryway turnstiles. At the State line, you can put one leg on South Carolina and North Carolina at the same time then have someone take a picture to prove that you were in were in South Carolina and North Carolina at the same time. Are y'all going to Caroscreams at Carowinds? Where the employees dress in scary customs and frighten people. Carowinds can give you something that shows you don't want to be frightened but it doesn't always work because it's at night and it might not be seen also because they might scare a person next to you therefore making others scared. Bella is too young for that, and your younger child might be too young also. Due to how scary it can be. I suggest going between the grand opening and a week before it ends. I went two days before it ended, and the employees were all scared out. It was boring. The three hours I was there, I can count on two hands how many times they frightened someone, and most of those were by saying a (weak) boo. I have heard from a lot of people who went to Caroscreams and enjoyed it. Needless to say they went during the time window I mentioned.

If they are not tall enough they have a chance of falling out of the ride or off a ride. Just so you know how to explain that to them.
