I’ve been blessed to see Chris Isaak perform in concert 4 different times and he sounds better live than he does on the recordings! He’s a funny, considerate and humble guy. He’s pushing 70 years old now and I first saw him in 1990 in San Francisco. ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

@@kimholcomb6943 yeah, if you can believe it? Actually I can’t believe that I’m 60 now and my husband will be 70 one month from today!? I think all three of us have aged well when I see what some people my age look like, I think it’s good genes, and I have a rare neurological disease, but for some reason it hasn’t aged my face, but my once athletic body is now really weak. I think I’d rather be mobile and able to do all the activities I used to do, and now I’m living in Belize where there’s even more amazing things to do like zip lining, river tubing, and hiking trails. 🌞🌴🌺🐬⛵️

This song was inspired by a late call from a female friend who insisted on coming over to Chris' home for a tryst but he said no. But she ended up coming over anyway. It's a song about unrequited love. You need to react to the official music video for this song too because it's very sensual.

One of the best live performances I've ever seen (and I've seen a lot of them!). Beautiful, plaintive vocals, twangy guitars and lyrics most of us can relate to all makes for a great HUGE hit for Chris. His voice reminds me of Roy Orbison so there's that. I would love to see someone do some kind of study to figure out how man babies were conceived to this song. I bet it was quite a few.

The foreshadowing background vocals are so powerful too; "this world is only going to break your heart". To me that is much a part of this song. Love is a "Wicked Game" and often it does break our heart but Chris, like us all, still says he "wants to fall in love', his mind always reminds him that "this world is only going to break your heart". Your reactions are so pure and honest, it would easily seem that any man would be graced to have your love and attention. Best wishes in life and hope all your dreams come true.

Hi Ladies 😘I was lucky enough to see them in concert 3 times and each time I was able to talk with the whole band. I'm 65 now and Chris is 67, I'd like to say that I look as good as him but I'm not that bad I guess 😂

That is not an unusual response to Chris Issac but this song in particular is apparently quite the heart meter. Very nice ladies, you might try a reaction to some Roy Orbison as Chris Issac rather fashions himself a bit after the very popular 50s, 60s, 70s & 80s Crooning Rocker known as Roy Orbison but he also brings to mind a young Elvis Presley.
