This is a scene from the 1961 movie "Twist Around The Clock." That's when we had really enjoyable, happy, danceable music w-great instruments. And singers had natural talent. You certainly did enjoy it!!

"Run Around Sue" is an Oldie, but a goodie. I enjoy watching your reations as you continue with your journey of discovery. I never got rid of my cassette player. When everyone was getting rid of cassette players & VHS players for "newer technology," I kept mine. I have some amazing music on tape, also pen friends from overseas who sent talking tapes that I listen to, to this day.

Hi Sheray ! WOW, I loved your reaction to that classic very much, since I like to see you discovering and loving "new" bands and artists (although this is from the late 1950s !) So, Sheray, knowing that you love old songs AND you already reacted to a song by the Temptations, I now would officially want to suggest the full 12 minute version of "Papa was a rollin' stone" by The Temptations, one of the best funk / soul tunes EVER written, back in 1972 !
