I used to work in a nightclub where it was an unwritten law that if this song every started playing, ALL drink service was postponed because you couldn't stop all the staff jumping about like loons on a trampoline. Best part is that no one ever complained about this, because they were all doing the exact same thing.

House of Pain got thier start with Ice T in his Syndicate, Danny and Everlast were a part of his crew and Everlast even did a solo album before him and Danny hooked up with DJ Lethal, then they formed H.O.P. had a few big hits and 3 albums, then they split, DJ Lethal joined Limp Biskit and Everlast went solo and snagged some Grammys and big hits doing the rap/talking blues stuff. They reunite from time to time, Danny isnt much into the game anymore, Lethal is still with Limp Bikit and Everlast and B Reel from Cypress Hill work together on many projects like Lo Koka Nostra and Everlast still is making music to this day as a solo artist also. Kriss Kross stole this title and chorus for thier song Jump also, HOP won a court case for the publishing. Producer was the one who did the thieving and had to pay, KK didnt lose much.

One of the truly great thing about the 90's that has been forever lost. there was no pocket culture, we had MTV, the school yard and magazines, so everyone was absorbing the same pop culture, everyone knew the slang, everyone knew the music everyone knew what was the "it" thing. it was a magical time when everyone was on the same page culturally.

HOP ended after Truth Crushed To Earth, cause Danny Boy was all fuked up on drugs, n Everlast had enough, so he split, Everlasts heart attack happened right after he finished recording Whitey Ford Sings The Blues

I was 18 when this came out. It was a huge hit. It’s used a lot in the UFC.

When you jump around now, do your pendulous tits hit your wrinkled face? Much love from the youth of today. Aging is a privilege for the strong.

I can't hear this song without seeing Beavis and Butthead twerking. I tried to find a video, but apparently it is forbidden on the KZfaq.

I was a freshman in H.S. when this beat dropped. I still have my CD I bought off of a DJ at a school dance. YOU AIN’T NEVER HEARD OF HOUSE OF PAIN?! Let me just tell you young blood, we had the best damn jams that would have you rockin’ the joint!

Dude back in the day this song was that song that always got played at the clubs and when it came on everyone one was jumping. Like I was in some grimy clubs and the place would be shaking to the point you thought the building was going to come down. The 90’s was a great decade for music specially hip hop.
