Hello wolf Hunterz, this is for travis and suzie. you both really looked to have enjoyed delta goodrem - heavy. this is from 2021 when australia was in lockdown (keeping politics out of it but if you imagine holding both middle fingers in the air aimed roughly at parliament then you get my drift). Many people suffered mentally through prolonged lockdowns in australia, closed borders, curfews, travel limitations etc. This song helped me climb out of a deep depression at the time, and still brings me good vibes every time I hear it. This live version is phenomenal, her vibratos are just chefs kiss

Delta and her fiancee Matt got us Aussies through lockdown every Friday and gave us something to look forward to. Delta and Matt did covers voted by people on Social Media. There is a playlist called The Bunkerdown Sessions. Was so much fun.

We were going through the worst. Many just wanted to lay down and not get up again. We were exhausted beyond measure. Music and song is important to us, because we sing our lives and what we go through. We sing about what matters. For us its the only time we hear another voice. Parts of our nation are isolated, and for different Australians isolation is a way of life. When disasters hit, you need to know other people care about you, when so much was hitting us at once, and you know what, we survived, we are still here, thriving. Our artists were finally living what a lot of the people live in the world, but also what we live all the time. So these songs have so much meaning, because they are expressions of us. It finally let us know, our artists finally live what we have lived all our life, they finally understood and cared.

@@mariostrukar7489 Yeah but what i don't understand is that she was still releasing singles in Aus by the truckload. Between 2002 - 07 she had 9 #1's. How come none appealed to any radio stations over there. Surely she doesn't have to be signed with a label in the USA before a radio station can spin a tune there? I'm confused

20 year career but she started at such a young age - 16 i think when she was on Neighbours. I have requested a couple more vids including in 2020 when her throat was damaged and she had to learn to talk and sign again - she just kept climbing - forgive the pun. She is the Oz version of John Farnham or Jimmy Barnes xx

@@leoleopard7035 yeah not to sure, its really hard to break into the states, guy Sabastian tried as well with battle scares, just didn't make traction i guess.... its weird that people with less talent seem to make it, guess luck plays alot into it as well
