Really enjoying seeing you guys discover Ren's genre defying versatility. He's a ridiculously talented multi instrumentalist, poet, singer/songwriter, performer, rap artist who makes all his own beats and does all his own production. A trailblazer for independent artists. There is so much more to discover ! May I suggest a reaction to Sick Boi, it's Ren expressing his frustration with the medical profession, big pharma and the record industry (he was signed to Sony but they dropped him when he became sick with Lyme disease.)

I think y'all should see Ren with his (former) band The Big Push doing 'I Shot The Sheriff/Road To Zion/Hip Hop' busking live on the street. This will show you a different side of Ren and what he can do with his voice as well as witness the energy he brings when an audience is present. For me, the amazing thing about Ren is that he drives in so many lanes. Cudo's to you for continuing your exploration. Too often, people hear something and dismiss it (which you never did, just generally). Ren, unlike some other artists, is able to catch people BECAUSE of his multiple lanes. If one thing doesn't hit, Ren has an answer. Then, once caught, they are more likely to explore some of Ren's other lanes and maybe even gain some appreciation for things they would have dismissed before. And, yeah, the live of this one is fire!
