This was from "Begin Again Korea" TV show, where famous artists in Korea come together to form a band/group (for the show only) to give free busking performances around the country. "Begin Again Korea" is seeason 4 of the "Begin Again" series that spans several seasons with spin-offs. In other seasons, the artists travelled to other countries where they're not well known, to do free busking performances. Due to covid they couldn't travel overseas, hence season 4 was only filmed in Korea.

These were performances done during Covid, hence the small crowds with social distancing. Henry is actually Canadian but obviously with Korean ancestry. He had his own tv shows in Korea & has become very popular there but on a purely musical level, he is a violinist of the very highest order & seems to be able to pick up any instrument & play it.
