She is one of the greatest vocalist in the world.But She wasn't known as well as popular because She sing for GOD and Comfort people who has hardtime Not for fame or money. ..In her youth, she turned down all offers from mega agencies for her beliefs...and now she is 44years old. .She has so many legendary live performances . She always sings with sincerity whenever and wherever. So it comforts those who listen to her song...That's why I love her...And her singing skills are the best, not to mention... I had never heard of this young lady before and doing a Whitney Houston song is a huge challenge for anyone but, WOW, she absolutely nailed it. What a remarkable talent she is and now I have to see and hear more of her. Thank you for introducing us.

Welcome to Sohyang's world. Not so young, Sohyang is 44 and been singing for over 20 years. She is known as the treasure of South Korea. She is a cancer survivor who sings to comfort and bring joy. You haven't heard of her because she remains an independent artist due to her health and faith, having turned down all of the large labels who tried to sign her. You will find her music is quite the rabbit hole. I suggest you check out all of her Immortal Songs 2 performances just to tip a toe into all of what she has done. Try listening to her cover of "I Will Always Love You" on the show Begin Again Korea if you like Whitney covers. Sohyang is one of the best female vocalists alive today but little known in the west.
