I think Tom Perry's wife told her she met Tom at the "age" of seventeen but her accent sounded like "edge" so Stevie wrote a song. Stevie was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Twice.

Stevie really is one of the best to ever do it. So many classics both solo and with Fleetwood Mac. Too many good songs to mention -- Gold Dust Woman, Stand Back, Landslide, Rhiannon, Dreams, Sara, Gypsy, the list goes on lol. Great reaction!

I was so in love with her, no lie. There weren't that many women in rock and she had this combination of confidence, talent and beauty that was undeniable. Love ya Stevie. I didn't learn the meaning of the song until years later. She wrote it about the deaths of John Lennon and her uncle, who both passed away around the same time. Stevie came up with the title when she asked Tom Petty's wife Jane when the couple met. Jane said, "At the age of seventeen," but she had a very strong southern accent and Stevie thought she said "the edge of seventeen".

You gotta watch more Stevie concerts. I've seen her live in concert so many times since the '80s, it's indescribable. People shower her with gifts, they even hand her their young daughters to hold on stage. My idol, there will never be another Stevie.

Stevie Nicks is my fairy godmother. lol. But seriously, she is an incredibly talented musician and my favorite female musical artist! She is one of the pioneering women artists to hit the scene in the 1970's and demonstrate that she could sing/write/compose and produce her own music and hold her own against the male talent of the same era. She was so young in this video. . . it brings back beautiful memories of seeing her live in concert. Her concerts were not as much a "concert" as an experience! She's mesmerizing and easily draws her audience into her web of music and magic!

Queen of Rock - never seen her scantily clad, but still one of the sexiest women ever. Been in love with her since before I can remember... sometime in the 70's though... and my wife is still jealous of her LOL!

I used to work with a guy that was so in love with Stevie and of course Fleetwoods music. He was married but his wife understood this was kind of a teenage thing carried over to now 30...lol he would fly to her concerts and had some real interesting stories! I loved them too and had seen her, she is very mesmerizing. Thanks for the video 😁🍀

this fantastic performance in L.A. from the final night of her short tour for BELLA DONNA, her 1st solo album, was taped for HBO back in the day. the whole show was AMAZEBALLS! she was about 33-34 here, at the height of her live performances. if you saw the intro of this special, you'd see she's a bit of a nervous mess but she'd go on to kick cocaine in '83.

She's amazing, beautiful in her seventies, still sounds the same, when she went on her own Fleetwood Mac was basically done, best videos are reunion tours where Lindsey Buckingham can't help but stare at her, his loss

I have seen Stevie Nicks or Fleetwood Mac a total of six times. She’s incredibly humble and totally appreciates the audience when you see her in person. I think you can see that at the end of this video.

I'd suggest you look at some of her solo deep cuts. "Nightbird" is like a sequel to this one. Or check out "Trouble in Shangri-La" or "Bombay Sapphire" for more uptempo. Or "Wild Heart" for complex vocal arrangement.

Stevie is a true GOAT! Her voice is amazing. Someone mentioned she wrote this when Tom Pettys wife said she met him "on the edge of 17". That's true! Someone also mentioned she is in the RRHOF twice. Yes, on that as well - for Fleetwood Mac & her solo career. Another power solo song of hers is "Stand Back". I guarantee it's in your list. There's only one Stevie & she's a vocal beast. 🎵❤✌ I can see you love her! You have great taste, Karlton! She's always been in the top of my list.
