This is considered classic rock. I'm a 64 year old black male from Philly suburbs. I grew up on this( classic rock) ,along with R&B ,soul ,funk,jazz. I saw Three Dog Nite in 1973 and they jammed. Their energy gets the crowd going every time. I'm glad you enjoyed bro

This was from a show they did called Soundstage. You should watch the entire show. Each singer has his own style which is why their songs each had their own unique style.

My opinion, one of the most underrated bands in American history. I went to one of their concerts, and they sounded exactly like their albums. Absolutely phenomenal.

Little late to the party, that's ok. I've seen thousands of reactions to classic rock bands from kids to 80 year olds but what I love watching is new blood discovering old school music. Its like watching an awakening. I discovered Three Dog Night in 1969, One, Eli's coming, Never been to spain all were top 40 hits on AM radio when I was growing up.

No they have three lead singers. They take turns on each song being lead. I hate the way Danny and Chuck are trying to outdo Cory in this one. Too show-offy. But I LOVE this intro by Cory. He was my fav lead of TDN. Someone described this intro as sounding like the sun rising. That was a fantastic description. I thought someone should've taken the audiences pulse here.

What if... what if Weather Report was jammin down and James Brown walked up and said, hey what sup? Maybe I can hear Temptations influence (high notes, but not quite falsetto)? Btw, one of those lead singers, Chuck Negron, went thru an incredible up and down (and back up! thank God - literally) in his life - unbelievable story, even wrote a book about it

It is technically better, especially because it is slower AND you can actually hear everything better. Talk about going to CHURCH... you'll see it firsthand about 2/3rds through the performance. Cory Wells outdoes himself in this recording. They are both great singers and musicians.

They were definitely more of a "pop rock" band but tons of vocal talent. Give "Liar" a listen. They could rock! I was 14 and they were my first "rock" concert. They didn't sell out (weird city I lived in) but the floor was festival seating. Their performance was great and the crowd was amazing. First time I was ever offered a doobie and everyone in the crowd was cool with me just passing it on - no pressure. Great concert!
