In this video, I am taking a friend hiking for the first time. She has never camped or hiked overnight before and we are in for a wonderful adventure. Doing this gave me the confirmation of how good hiking is for your mental health and I hope to inspire a lot of you to go out there solo or with a friend.
This will be my friends first hiking trip and first camping trip ever. Follow us as we explore the Bibbulmun Track between Northcliffe and Pemberton. My friend is uncovering the beauty of hiking and camping...and most importantly: disconnecting to reconnect with yourself through nature!

Wow Dori this may be my personal favorite - these two videos were just terrific - first well done helping a friend find their way down the path… but I just about fell out when Frederica first said she had never slept in a tent and then turned around and bounced down the track carrying enough gear for a thru - hike. ..
