3 жыл бұрынIn this video, I am taking a friend on her first hiking trip. She has never camped or hiked overnight before and we are in for a wonderful adventure. Doing this gave me the confirmation of how good hiking is for your mental health and I hope to inspire a lot of you to go out there solo or with a friend.
This will be my friends first hiking trip and first camping trip ever. Follow us as we explore the Bibbulmun Track between Northcliffe and Pemberton. My friend is uncovering the beauty of hiking and camping...and most importantly: disconnecting to reconnect with yourself through nature!

Congrats to Frederica on a job well done! Truly, this was a huge accomplishment as a first hike! Dori how did you do with the smaller pack? I thought the bus stop was a riot!

She is already planning her next adventure :D, so happy to be able to inspire her. Smaller pack was ok, but lacked the back support. Next time, I will definitely take a more suitable backpack. Size was 29L - I definitely needed 35L 🤦♀️😄

@@DorisHikingAdventures You need to look at the Deuter Futura Pro 34 litre pack. I tried many packs, but like the Deuters the best. I use the 34 litre for many years now. They are good for international travel as they dont have a lot of straps hanging off of them.
