As a side note: I've had a sunjoe 2100psi 2.2 gpm electric pressure washer since 2016. They now have the model at Walmart. Saw one with a broken plastic piece on the close out of less than 80 bucks! Mine works like a champ. I don't have to take care of another engine either. Does small stuff around the house as well. Takes care of the car, truck, and bikes.

if your doing a 143 kit on the bike you may as well get a TB head to actually make it breathe. the stock heads valves are tiny. then you can put a VM26 carb on and really wake it up

Frame should match wheel outers! Go black on the frame so it fades into background and the highlighted purple and white bits will pop better

NEED to get a cradle for the frame. That's why the cases are like they are. Someone sent er a lil too hard and it's broke the bolts for the Pegs.

How do you organize your parts? I was watching a video on another channel(honest, I was forced to watch another channel...lol)and theu use Chinese food carry out containers. They work great, you can neatly stack them! I love the idea of all the purple even the frame, but get a little sparkle put in the purple!!!

I just separate them into sandwich bags tbh, those that are obvious I don't even really label - ie shift components in a bag - other misc bolts and stuff I label. Thanks for the feedback!

Mostly winged it. I referenced it a couple times removing the clutch. I will use it very closely when I reassemble the engine.

I’m not saying you can’t do it, but a 143 big bore on these with a stock carb is a bit pointless, you’re hardly utilizing the extra power of the big bore even with bang on jetting

I hadn’t thought about that - what’s the stock carb size? I see most of the aftermarket ones are 26mm. BBR has jetting recommendations for the stock carb so I assumed it was still a solid option

@@KincadePavich like I was saying, you CAN do it, but you won’t gain much if anything. I ran a jetted stock carb with my big bore and could hardly tell a difference other than compression while starting, added a Mikuni VM26 and it was a different bike completely! Not sure why they even sell big bore kits without the carb it’s an absolute must have

@@KincadePavich I’ve done a few different builds over the years, currently I’m running a TB intake elbow with a vm26 and modded stock air box(frame snorkel removed and more holes drilled on the dirty side) . Stock air box is the best for the average guy, the pancake filters are super sketchy in anything but perfect conditions. You have to stretch the air box tube over the carb, the vm26 is quite a bit bigger than the stock 18mm but it WILL fit with some love and heat. This would be the best setup for your build without getting into complete head replacement and what not. Excited to see the finished result!!
