Ms. Richa, I never used to comment/ review on anything that I experience. But I liked your video. My own basic defination for first time mangers. They are responsible for traning. Performance of Managerial employees who are directly responsible for producing the companies products or services. Then first time managers needs to set goals in the companies. They need to encourage workers to work with them together. They need to be logical with their workers. They really needs to be communicative to their workers or customers. The need to be decision maker and they need to be patient with their workers.Nice explanation professor well explained to us well understandable I know first time managers needs to be problem solver among the woorkers expecially when things goes wrong in the business.

Everybody forgets one important point. What kind of team you are leading. Professional & Mature (Needs nothing except fair reviews and no nonsense ) Or Rest (want everything apart from work/task) Also, he must do something in the organisation which can allow his employees to proudly say that he is our manager.
