Difference in single line, can be managers are bent to follow rules mechanically to address execution part...on the other, leaders are above all for airing out some experimentable ideas for leading towards an unprecedented path...and it is somewhere found to be a syncless combination, creating space for 'scapegoat' to be only blamed fo failure.... Therefore, mutual existence of both in harmony, is a practical point to be discussed in detail.....

That a professional explanation . professor we have different types of managers. You have top managers middle managers. These are people who oversee the different areas in Working places. They manage differents things in working places and they manage different operations for a companie.sound video.
