you're so right. This is a psychologically heavy game and it can be exhausting. Just shows you how well it's done really :) as for the shield guys, as I posted on one of your other videos: you can break their defence by kicking them.

Loved the tension. So intense. This is getting pretty close to true horror. There's another kind of beauty that shines through after experiencing something brutal and devastating like this. Keep on going and give Hela what is coming.

Now that you have the new sword, you can parry anything, even power attacks and attacks from the bigger foes. When you do that, you get a bright blue flash and it looks spectacular! Also, holding the heavy strike now charges it up.

Please finish this game so I will never have to play it and can just experience all the trauma vicariously through you, you're a viking and can take it - I'm just a milk drinker . . . and I took an arrow to the knee as well.

This game is one of a kind. Unforgettable emotional experience. P.S. You can kick shielded foes out of balance. Also parry.

This might be my second favorite playthrough of Kim's to watch. (After Mass Effect.) It's so constantly story-rich, and I think it's particularly well suited to a Kim-reaction.

It doesn't really say anywhere in the game, but you can hold the strong attack button after getting the new sword. I love the combat and combos of this game. Very unassuming but very satisfying when you get the hang of if.

It actually DOES say in game about the strong attack. Its quick and brief but, when you first get the sword and begin battle, the voices tell you to "Hold the heavy strike". A lot of people don't grasp on to that as a tip/trick and overlook it. But, some do figure it out eventually on their own.

The sword Gramr was used by a legendary Germanic hero called Sigurðr in Old Norse to kill a dragon which was called Fáfnir. Odin thrust the sword into a tree and only a worthy warrior could pull it out again. The sword was shattered in battle and then reforged for Sigurðr which was said to have inspired Tolkien to add the shards of Narsil which was reforged into Andúril in the Lord of the Rings.

Great video, quick tip, the shield guys are weak to the kick, melee button, opens them up to start a combo on them, looking forward to your next video
