Her lower register is SO low!!!! and the thing is she does not lose breath when she is down there! I have watched her sing so many different genres, I love her Jazz the best, but she can literally sing Anything!!! That is crazy to me! Great reaction Britt fit lol 😉😊 x

Not only did Angelina make this fun by alternating registers, but she nailed the 1940’s big band vibe so easily and comfortably. Her low register is just amazingly full and resonant. What a pleasure to hear a great singer paying respect to another era, but, as always, making the song hers.

It's interesting what memories people associate with the songs Angelina covers - even with cartoons. This one is often mistaken for a Sinatra cover as Frank has performed it many times and there is also a duet with Nancy (but with adapted lyrics). But in fact Angelina goes way back to the original here - as so often - and this is a duet from the musical film "Three little girls in blue" - that's probably why the dress and certainly the hairstyle. The movie was released in 1946, but the plot of the movie was set into 1902. In the movie the duett was sung by the characters performed by Vera-Ellen and Charles Smith (with voices dubbed by Carol Stewart and Del Porter), tune composed by Josef Myrow, lyrics written by Mack Gordon. Britt, when you listen to other singers too much that's when you might question what Angelina is doing because no one else can do what she does. This song is from a movie in the 1940's - Three little girls in blue. Perhaps that would explain the blue dress and the 1940's hair style. In the movie it's a duet. Frank Sinatra did a comedy version of this with his daughter. Angelina puts her own spin on this and brings new life to it.

"Dino Spumoni," hey? ... Don't know the much about Nichoelodeon, but you got your reference there pretty good, Britt. Dino Spumoni, no doubt, refers to Dean Martin (Italian American with Anglicized surname) He was a member of the famous Rat Pack that included Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis, Jr., Joey Bishop, and I think Peter Lawford was a member' Neolithic Hollywood bad boys. The song goes back to the 40s, I believe, hence Angelina's 40s style hairdo. This is Big Band era stuff, which I wasn't into in my youth but have developed an appreciation for listening to Angelina. Her love for retro songs and singing styles is so infectious. This jazz swing from the classic crooners is solidly in her lane. But is there any style that's proven to not be in her lane? Wonderful. I did a little search on Wikipedia: first release was in 1946 as a musical duet performed by Vera-Ellen and Charles Smith (never heard of them, sorry) and in 1956 is was recorded by Frank Sinatra. When I see Angelina in this video I think that she has the oldest version in mind.

Great reaction Britt. I remember Dino Spumoni on Hey Arnold. I watched it with my kid. Unfortunately the character did not sing this song in particular but it was the same style. What a great reaction Britt to 13 Angelina. I'm so glad you noticed the kind of duet style she sang it in. Frank Sinatra and daughter Nancy Sinatra sang this together also and some others. This song was originally from the mid 50s and you can see that Angelina did her hair and clothes in the era of the song 🎵. Thank you for reacting to it. Did fifigure out how low she got, it's a A2-G2. In concert she has got low as C3 but she been down in to the cellar 8n the 2nd octave before. Now that she's getting older, you just never know if she could get even lower. Angie is amazing and she's only 13 here. God bless you sweetie 🙏 ❤😀👍

STUNNING!!! Absolute GENIUS!!! This song is a sappy, uncool nothing of a song. It is the blandist, plainest, 50s nothing song there is. And she DESTROYS it on just about every level!! SEE!!! Now it's a favorite,.. just because she recorded it. I think most of us know it from the purposeful sappy version in the Will Ferrel ELF movie, right? This is proof that Angela Jordan can sing anything with the skill of a master. What other modern singer could have killed that song the way she just did it?? Thanks for so many great reactions. There is so much great Angelina content around on KZfaq and other social media, it's easy to miss some real gems. Here is one that is rarely reacted to, Angelina singing Charlie Chaplin's "Smile." It is the background for a short documentary film about a Norwegian poker player. Yeah..Angelina doing what she does..live performance perfection. Is every note perfectly in time and perfectly pitched? Almost but possibly not quite and yet that is part of her heartfelt and playful perfection. Someone in a studio for hours could possibly match her but on one take I'm taking Angelina every time! And then there are the incongruent attacks on our senses..one second she sounds like Frank, then in another like his duet partner, then you look at her at ~12yo, but her hairstyle looks much older! In people years she is 12yo but in artistry years she is 35yo!

Hey Britt! Great reaction! I'm not familiar with the cartoon you mentioned. But if the character on it was named "Deano," he's probably a caricature or spoof of legendary crooner-singer/actor Dean Martin. If you've never reacted to Dean Martin, he would be a great one! He and Sinatra were great friends. Long rabbit hole for Dean! I would suggest starting with his signature song "That's Amore!" or "Everybody Loves Somebody Sometime."

P. S. The contestant that ended up winning AGT The Champions (where Angelina did Bohemian Rhapsody).... Was a guy who sang songs with a woman's AND man's voice.... 🤔🤔Go figure 😂😂😂

Just a coincidence. She released this video on KZfaq in September 2019. The recordings of AGT:The Champions 2, show that was not live, was pre-recorded over less than a month in October 2019. Broadcast in early 2020. This two voice guy, Marcelito Pomoy, pretty sure was unknown from her like from most people on this planet. She didn't even finish in the top five being eliminated in favor of this same guy. Since it was not live, there was no popular vote but a group of "Superfans" of 50 people, one from each state. No one ever knew who they were or if they really existed. The first five all had contracts with Simon Cowell and his subsidiaries. Not Angelina. She signed later in 2020 with Republic Records.

@@gottabeemee I thought you were implying that she performed this song with Marcelito Pomoy in mind. This video was posted before AGT:Champions. And yes, AGT is a very bad memory, not for the result because the show was pre-recorded and I already knew the results long before it aired. But for the despicable and shameful way that Pomoy's Filipino fans had behaved towards Angelina in the comments. And I wasn't the only one who thought so. It was unanimous. Especially when some of Pomoy's fans started disliking, back when the numbers was displayed, even her other videos when she was 7-8 years old. Why? Just stupid patriotism. To conclude my second dissertation, a correction, Marcelito Pomoy did not win AGT, he finished fourth or fifth. 😁
