I've recommended LiLaSi's Dimash guide before, but she also has an amazing 3-part mini-series in a similar format that focuses on moments of him singing acapella, improvising, playing instruments, etc, that you'll probably like. I've listened to a lot of other artists, including the artists you mentioned. Yes, they are all good singers, but no one can compete with Dimash's preternatural abilities and what he is able to transmit to me. I literally have to listen to him every day. I believe that many of the people who say that he is technically skilled but does not provide emotions usually have ulterior motives (jealousy, likes another artist, etc.). However, for the vast majority of reactors, one of the first things they comment about Dimash is how much emotion and passion he puts into his performances.

If we check other versions that Dimash sings of this song (which he wrote when he was younger), we can see a melisma or other very beautiful variations in this part of the "whistle". Here, singing on an open stage and with some discomfort in the return (we can see it several times by adjusting the headphones) we realize, in this specific part of the song, that he is going to do something and, not being able to do what he would like (Perhaps the interference of the audience or the inaccurate response of the sound, a fact that impaired his concentration), he then issued this wonderful and historic C#8 modulated to D8, with vibrato! Otherwise the ears of the audience would probably fly off🤯😅. He controls the volume of his voice by either holding the microphone close to his mouth or moving it away. He can go higher he said but he will not because higher doesn't sound good or sound where you can even hear it, his goal is beautiful music not setting world records, as said from his mouth on the subject. BTW he was far past Mariah Carey here. It goes against common thoughts but Dimash seems to feel extremely grounded on his knees, generally standing gives greater support but Dimash is just special in every way that's good. Dimash usually takes one ear piece out when he is going very high, maybe to protect his own hearing, here you see him put it in to hot that first note then he immediately pulled it out again. Normally Dimash heeps it in the 7th octave and below.
