i agree that he’s been in love with her since the beginning, but he’s just never been ready to be with her. also, i know you know what’s coming, but it’s still brutal. imma say a prayer for you.

during the S3x scene did you guys also noticed a single tear drop on Dexter's cheek out of pure happiness? Both actors are extremely talented.

For sure he loved her from the start he just didn’t want to break what he had with her. He didn’t want to lose her like he had lost his mom. He was with the other people out of connivence but they never truly knew him or liked him for him.

I cried in agony at every "cute" part between them through the whole show because I knew how it ended. My friends didn't understand why I felt so sad and heartbroken.

You’re crying, I’m crying, we’re all crying 😢😅. This show really did a number on me and this scene made me tear up too, it felt so climatic without being over dramatic. I do believe he did love her, but Dex was just lost for so long. It was such good acting from them!
