So, the story goes that Ren had packed up early from busking (Ren was likely feeling sick because of the Lyme because buskers don't just pack up early to just go sit at home) when he passed 15 year old kid standing on a corner singing. You should check out Ren and Sam singing their own song, Blind Eyed Ft. Angry Car Park Attendant, literally walking around a multi-story car park - great song, great acoustics, and despite a couple of obstacles they keep going like pros.

You're one of my favorite Ren reactors, I love when you introduce him to other artists and creators. He's amazing, isn't he? So is Sam. One of the things that makes me like Ren even more is how he recognizes other people's talents and cultivates them, kinda like what you've been doing in your reactions with others, too. That's how his partnership with Sam started. He saw a 15 yo Sam busking alone in the streets one day and immediately saw how good he was and lent him his equipment. After that, they started busking together. I love Genesis! Please, if you do Genesis, do both versions - the original and the live acoustic one. I promise you they will blow your mind. The contrast between them, the range and the raw talent, man... out of this WORLD.

Not only is Ren a multitalented genius, but he seems to have a knack for surrounding himself with other talented artists. Like he is a talent magnet. But then who wouldn’t want to work with him if given the chance? I highly recommend doing a double reaction to Ren and Sam’s song Blind Eyed. I think it’s probably a good idea to start with the official music video to get to know the song, but it’s an absolute must to check out the live version featuring angry car park attendant. It really shows their skills as they’re just casually killing the song while stuff goes wrong. Plus it shows their great chemistry. Just two mates hanging out singing.

As far as I know, Sam was signed to Universal Island Record since 2020 and last year he even shared the stage with Justin Bieber whom claims to be a fan of Sam’s music, so yeah, things are recently playing to his favor Sam and Ren have some original songs together which are: “Blindeyed”, “What went wrong” pt I& II, “Same old situation” (unreleased) and all are brilliant, you should check those out

Genesis is a slower, chill rap vibe. It's definitely worth checking out. One of my favorites. What You Want is a song that you absolutely have to check out. I'm 43 also, I was a teenager in the 90s. It is a throwback, an homage to the Beastie Boys and 90s hip hop in general. Fish eye lens and everything. You of all people will appreciate that one.

I love Genesis. The regular videos is awesome but the acoustic version is a LIVE one-take and up close and very personal and I actually think it’s better. But both are fire.

His song "wanna die for someone" and "bloodline" are great (I prefer the piano acoustic versions). And of course their song "blind eyed" is great. I 100% agree with you on the street performances. Busking here in the US is quite rare. However in the UK and Ireland, busking is super common. I don't know why, but I think there may be something to do with the corrupt system in the US that requires "permits" to basically do anything, thereby preventing them from setting up shop anywhere meaningful. Where I work as a L.E.O. though there is not a single police officer that would hassle a street performer, so while I have a theory, I'm not sure why busking isn't bigger here. I am always on the lookout for untapped talent.

Problem is a lot of talented UK artists get overlooked. The reason why is because they have to actually break through into the USA before they get the recognition. They may be big in the UK but only become fully renowned if they can break into American charts. Nothing against Americans but a lot only tend to look at your own country and forget, there are another 194 other countries. Thankfully this is changing because of you out there taking time to react to other music.
