There is little info for Gabriel how Ren and Sam meet. Sam was 16 and he was busking. Ren walked past having finished busking as he was fatigued and noticed Sam's incredible voice but not many people paying attention so Ren said if you had an amp you will have a crowd in no time. Let me play guitar for you and borrow my amp and any money that comes in is all yours. Very quickly they had a huge crowd gathered and earned 200 - which Ren honoured for Sam to have it and thus a beautiful friendship and collaboration was born🙂 Sam songs to recommend in particular - See me, Time will fly and Lose it all but first check Sam and Ren song Blind Eyed ft. REN met Sam through busking. Ren let him use his speakers and showed him some stuff! Which I think shows Ren’s generosity towards other artists. Sam’s voice is so beautiful with his crystal clear pronunciation and tone!

Oh man you gotta check out Blind Eyed together! I believe it was the first song they wrote together and it kinda blew up (for where they were at with their careers at the time at least). From Sam's facebook page, yesterday. "it deeply hurts me to be saying this, but after a lifelong battle with his inner demons, my lovely dad sadly decided to make the ultimate decision to take his own life last thursday. he peacefully passed away yesterday morning. my life will never be the same." We need to give Sam the suppport he needs in this desperately sad time. He has said that he's going ahead with his gig in London at the end of this month as a tribute to his dad. ;-(

I found Ren through Sam Tompkins as well. Im 38. Believe i found him on TikTok but its so long ago i might be wrong. Might have been Insta. It was the song *Talking to moon* (Bruno Mars song) It started with Sam Just singing the song (chorus) and it blew up. Then a Uk Rap artist spat a verse to Sam's chorus and it was so dope they recorded it.. And i followed him ever since.

Yo BP if you do Blind Eyed you need to do the official video to hear Sam studio vocals and RENs beat. You've only heard the busking versions and they don't hold a candle to the studio version. Which is something strange to say about Ren, I know I get it, but trust you won't be disappointed. Ask JOE E SPARKS.
