That scene is truly epic, all those demons trying to pull him back To this day, my favorite movie that I keep watching every few years and still discovering new things. In Jimin's case, it now feels like instead of pulling him down, his demons are lifting him up. What's that saying : if you can't fight your demons, make friends with them? I think that's why he used his full voice in this song, and that's why we are all shocked, we were waiting for Jimin's sweet voice and him told us to go away with full voice and all the haters! He's a man he chooses to be, not one we decide. I'm really glad he slapped many in the face!! I love you jiminshii!!!! About the butterfly thing, BTS have a lot of metaphors they use in a lot of their songs since it usually ties to their core message and ongoing themes, some of my favorites are "galaxy/constellations", "shadow", "sea and desert", "house of cards", "crow-tits", and many more. The butterfly metaphor they use a lot to symbolize growth/evolution/reborning, and in the B.U. storyline they use it to symbolize the butterfly effect, they have been mentioning butterflies for a long time now. It makes sense that Hobi and Jimin used it, since right now they started a new phase, they are growing by debuting as solo artists.

Please do not stress over pausing, those that do not like it can move on. I understand how you feel about Jimin, that is exactly how I feel about Tae. Good to see you back, my first watch this I wondered if you would be reacting to it and here you are.

At the end, the camera rotates to a view looking down to him to show that he is ascending as the darkness is grabbing to pull him down. Then the darkness falls away as his new self is revealed. Also, interestingly, I haven't yet seen anyone comment on how he uses one of his hands as if removing a mask/face as he rises up. This song being the finale on the album, this gesture is a call-back to the first song Face-Off. Also, in the beginning, they're all arranged in a grid fashion, as if to imply a matrix. Yet, Jimin is begins walking within that matrix like a free-agent wandering on his own. Then the whole movement shifts to where he exits that matrix. If we take the end as his real exit from it, this seems more of a suggestion as to where he is moving toward, as if a foreshadowing.
