The emotion that Lucy poured into this song, allied to a perfect vocal, makes this performance believable. You can feel the hurt coming through the screen. One of her best covers, in my opinion, and there are so many to choose from.

WJ, great reaction! One of my all time favorite Lucy Thomas covers, and of a song I loved hearing Whitney sing as well. Whitney knocked it out of the park when she did it, and Lucy did the same. And with a very cool message there at the end. Outstanding! --Jon

I love your reactions! Lucy seems to have tremendous control over her voice that few have. She can manipulate her vibrato very well and slide between notes as well as any among the very best.

Love your dedication. Yes, always hear Lucy. Funny anout voices, they can hit the notes, but also needs a pleasant tone. Above all Lucy brings the skill of a singer who has put the work in. Cheers.

The vocal dexterity Lucy displays in this performance is close to impossible to believe - not many could pull this off and do the song justice. This song should come with "Do not try this at home" warning label. Lucy just SLAYS it. As you point out, singing Whitney, Barbara, Celine, Mariah, Eta and Adele songs is no simple undertaking - these are clearly among the best female vocalists of the past 50 years. By covering their songs you are inviting comparisons. I have yet to hear a cover that Lucy has performed that has not done the original song justice or exceed the original. Every single one - including this one - is Spectacular. She is amazing! Thx DubUJ!

Every Time Lucy sings a song you just know it's going to be amazing. Whether it's a cover, an original or a duet, her voice is absolutely wonderful. She is going to become an international superstar there is no doubt.

Hello Mr. Seasons, I knew you would be blown away..lol... well I have two more. Lucy Thomas " My heart will go on" Titanic cover by Celine Dion, and she was 17, but a real treat is her sing "CLOWN" by Emeli Sande Cover, Lucy was 14 years old here. Enjoy..😊❤

Lucy probably has like 70 videos. You can pick any one at random, from early til now and I would challenge to say, sorry, I didn’t like that one! They are all world class in my opinion and I have watched every one I have been able to find. This lady is a once in a lifetime talent.
