First timer here! Lovely vlog, I follow the lodge guys and so glad I’ve found you too. Thank you. My daughter goes to uni in Bath. Do the open top bus tour of the city , the roof top spa and a guided tour of the Abbey is a must.

We love Bath. There is a lovely turkish restaurant opposite the weir and an italian called Martini’s at the top of the high street. Bath spa is beautiful and a visit to the crescent.

We love bath. You must actually go and see the actual baths. So fascinating. There is a modern film of Mary Shelley that was very well done called ‘’Mary Shelley’ x

Thanks for watching. That's so true, but Disney created the Ariel character in 1989. I just wondered if the name Ariel had been inspired by Mary Shelley perhaps? Reading up I don't think so. I just suddenly clicked on the coincidence when there.

We had a quick stop in Bath a few years ago but didn’t have a chance to see very much. As a huge Jane Austen fan, I hope to go back and have time to go to museums and the baths. A friend of mine is an English literature professor and brings his students there on a Jane Austen course. Really enjoying this trip vlog!

I always enjoy your videos, and I love this one of Bath. My husband and I were there several years ago but, on a tour, so our group stopped only for the afternoon. I saw Sally Lunns but we didn't have time to visit it or have lunch. My daughter is having a baby sprinkle (similar to a baby shower) on Mar 2. I wanted to order the Jellies and the tea, but they don't deliver to the US. So I am sad, but I knew it was an off chance that the delivered here. Next time we are there I want to have lunch or dinner at Sally Lunns!

Great video we went to Bath a few years ago and would love to go back, Lisa you made me laugh in the beautiful city of Bath and you bought mascara from Primark 😂 no shade I love their mascara

I was so excited, I'm so low on mascara and that's my favourite. We used to live 4 miles from a Primark and the one in Bath is now our closest, so I grabbed the opportunity LOL

The fashion museum in Bath is lovely. Not in Bath, but I definitely recommend a visit to Wookey Hole and also to Cheddar!!! Would love to see you film that!!

Aww lovely that you all got together. Love Bath but I think I have only been once a long time ago. I did LMAO at you guys running about the scary basement lol. I have only done one thing like that at York maze over Halloween and that’s fairly scary. But it’s more scary at those things the quieter they are. Xx

Great vlog... the thermae bath spa is lovely for a couple of hours relaxation time especially on a nice day with its rooftop pool. The royal crescent is a must to visit and photograph where some of Bridgerton was filmed and other movies. Pultney bridge area is beautiful , you would like that. The skyline walk is great on a nice day, there's a long version or shorter but great views( look online for trail info ). Dyrham park Is great to explore too. Glad you had a good day x

Bought back a great memory of my last visit to Bath with Dad , my sister and I went for coffee at the pump rooms and dad stayed outside to have his characuture done which hangs in my hall! The afternoon tea is worth doing there as well ! Bristols worth a visit as well ! An abbey is where monks or nuns work and worship , a cathedral is a diocese place of worship usually headed by a Bishop and generally found in a city ! Hope that helps

Mary Shelley lived such an interesting though tragic life-so unlike other women of her time. I didn’t know that she was associated with Bath-there was actually a movie with a fictionalized account of how she came to write Frankenstein.

Love Bath, my daughter moved there 3 years ago and we visit quite often. We actually walked past the Mary Shelley museum on Friday and I said we should go there next time, glad I’ve seen your vlog as you won’t get me in there now 😂 That was fairly quiet for Bath, it gets really really busy. There are loads of brilliant places to eat and we are slowly working our way around them all 😂 by the way the phones boxes are planted up beautifully in spring/summer and just burst with colourful trailing flowers 💜

We literally went to Bath on Saturday just gone. It seemed very quiet when you were there. We went and it was a lot busier and we went past Sally Lunn’s and the queue was way out the door! You were incredibly lucky as that place is always so busy! Did you go in Anthropologie too? I know you like that shop ❤

Fantastic vlog. Laughed so much, but felt guilty as I would not go in there, you were very brave. Bath is about 45 mins from us, always a good day out. You need to see the Crescent and Circus, plus afternoon tea in the pump rooms is must. Also the Cheese and chive scones are a favourite. Another place not too far away to visit for a good day out is Lacock.

I am just a stone throws away from Bath and not really explored the place - we have gone to the Roman bath and pump rooms though.. I am definitely checking out Bath more and will be checking out the Frankenstein Museum.. thanks Lisa! You guys made me giggle !

Next time you go to bath visit, The Bath distillery gin bar on Queens street and The Royal Victoria park. You made me want to revisit again Lisa but not sure on the Mary Shelley museum I’m to scared 😳 😂

Glad you had a lovely time in Bath! I've lived here for about 15 years and still am finding new things to explore! I would definitely recommend the Roman Baths and the Pump Rooms! You have a wait for bit to get a table but it is worth it! Victoria Park is definitely worth a visit with its Botanical gardens and Great Dell, especially in the summer. It's not far from the city centre and you can walk past the Royal Crescent to get there. The Thermae Spa is worth a visit if you like a pamper, but I'd recommend doing the Twilight package if you don't like crowds. My fave restuarant to go to is the Bath Priory Hotel. A bit pricey but worth it! It didn't look too busy when you guys went but during the summer it can be chocker and the first weekend of the Bath Christmas Market is utterly ridiculous! Would not recommend! Maybe after a few days... Can't wait to see all the other places you visit!!
