It just show's what appeals to the mass. I've noticed over few years, that there are no good movies coming out on cinemas. Most of them are very shallow, with a lot of special effects and not enough acting/cinematography. I am very pleased that there is just a platform like KZfaq, that allows artists to express themselves. @Kraig Adams, this is one of the best vlogs I've seen thorough entire KZfaq. I hope you will inspire more people to travel and create cinematography masterpieces.

As an American who has lived in Japan for almost 15 years, I appreciate this video. For you visiting Japan as a tourist, I think that you have really caught, at least to some degree, the beauty and elegance of Japan. Your video of opening the paper doors of a Japanese room, participating in tea ceremony, walking through a garden, etc. shows that you try to appreciate the places that you visit, even though they might be very foreign to you. I personally like Japan very much, and I am especially thankful when I see others appreciating it. Please, return and climb some mountains. There are so many beautiful mountains here.

Man this was cool to watch, great storytelling, a refreshing mix of normal vlog footage and cinematic travel film broll. Really enjoyable to watch. The whole thing was great to get a feeling what Tokyo/Japan has to offer. I got a lot of respect for creators who stick to formats they have passion for rather than turning this into 10 rushed vlogs just to put out content Happy new year, let's make 2018 even better, aim high... 6/10 The BTS Video to this is gonna be interesting, can't wait!

i feel the same way! i went to shiga prefecture for a high school exchange program for 2 weeks and i never felt like i left home. i did stay with a host family, but it was the complete opposite of how my home is. wherever i was in japan, i always felt warm and comfortable. im planning on going back to the same school next year on my own terms, and may even go back as an ALT (alternate language teacher [basically english teacher]) later in my life. the principal of the school told me i could be one if i wanted, which is something i didnt think i would hear. i got off track, japan feels like home and for that reason, i want to make it my home.

how is this guy 180k subs, while some people that doesn't even put any effort on their videos has millions of views. this was amazing good job.
@revendisio
@revendisio 5 жыл бұрын
Because there is a very big difference between a subscribtion and a view. Look at those channels with low-effort-and-many-views videos. Most of them don't have many subs. People watch every sh*t on youtube plus they don't even have to watch the whole video to count up the view counter, they only have to start the video. On the other hand people only subscribe to channels they like. To support them and/or to get a notification of their newest uploads.

I went to japan on march of this year, and this video showed everything i experienced once again, and it brought back tears and memories from that trip, when i came back home i wasn't the same person, that place changes, their hospitality, their ways of living, their culture is so overwhelming that i can't explain and your video explained it in a beutiful, cinematographic way and i'm thankful for that.

Gone through the entire video without pausing for a moment, that was some really good cinematic shots - composition, camera movements are very well thought out and executed. It was so beautiful, thanks for sharing it

I really love this video 👌 It feels honest and still has that cinematic style, paired with a flow, that sucks you into the film and makes me feel like I am acutally traveling through Japan. Great job Kraig! ☺

The b-roll footage scored beautifully with Japanese compositions and then abruptly transitioned represents so much of how a serene moment in Japan can be immediately followed with SUPER AWESOME NINJA ROBOTS. You nailed it.
