This was a fun, crazy ride! Happy New Year everyone! No one is going to believe me, but i've been editing this video since january first. I just had some technical difficulties and THEN some "KZfaq difficulties", if you know what i mean (the copyright demon, yes you know him). Anyways, i'm very happy and thankful to see you and please, please, PLEASE know i greatly appreciate that you guys are patient enough with me cause my posting schedule is ASS but i'm trying hard. I always try to post the best quality i can give, even if it takes long.

Hi Amanda!🙂Do you have PAYPAL? I want to send you some money, but I don't want KZfaq to get 30% of it. You should also consider adding other pay and donate methods like "Buy Me a Coffee" or "Amazon Wish List". You can add those links to your ABOUT section and when you post a video. Happy New Year to you and your mom!!!🎈🎈✨✨🧨🧨🎊🎊 I'm going to leve a separate comment about the video.

@@mikebrown7799 Hello :) First of all, thank you for asking. I don't have a "public" paypal and the thing about the "Thanks" button is that even though KZfaq takes 30% of the money, it makes me feel like people who donate are doing it because they got something out of it (you know, like they watched the video and they had fun and they want to express their gratitud in some way). Other things like Paypal make me feel like people would just throw money at me for no reason lol. However, i'm going to consider adding a Paypal for whoever wants to actually throw their money because at the end of the day, i can't really say that it wouldn't be useful.

@@amandamiquilena Hi Amanda!🙂I am not sure I understand your logic. If someone mailed you a gift because they like your videos, isn't that the same thing. KZfaq does not get 30% of your gift. To put it into context, a 30% fee is extremely high for a fee in the United States. Online hosting platforms don't charge that much, credit cards don't charge that much interest, and loan companies don't charge that much for a loan. If someone looks at your about page or video description for payment methods, isn't it is because they like your videos? But, if you feel uncomfortable using another donation method other than KZfaq, you should just stick with KZfaq.

Hey thank you for watching, i appreciate it. I wish i was a machine and i could upload 5 videos a week lmao. Anyways, i have to be honest with you, i had planned to react to Die Hard 1, 2 and 3 but the first two videos flopped terribly (especially this one haha) which indicates me that it's NOT a good idea to keep those reactions going. Sorry that you were looking forward to it but i hope you understand.

Hi Amanda! To answer your question about the ground sensor, commercial aircraft typically have a sensor that detects how high the aircraft is above the ground. The pilots would have to notice that their height above ground was much lower than expected, and when they are below 200 feet they are below the decision height which means they are committed to landing. I don't think they would notice since they were more focused on landing, and they didn't have a reason to not trust the ILS system or functioning of the autopilot. Commercial aircraft also have a ground proximity warning, but that would not make any alarm sound since their landing gear was down and they were approaching the runway. What is unrealistic is that the control tower should have notified all aircraft to go to their alternate airports when they had the chance. Alternates are typically determined before the aircraft takes off from their departure airport. Also any aircraft that can't contact the tower or see the runway/runway lights would eventually go to their alternate airports with no direction from the control tower. I'm also thinking that since visibility was so bad, pilots would not have been allowed to land. At that point they would have gone to an alternate airport. One thing I never understood is that since there were other aircraft at the airport, why didn't someone just go to another aircraft and use the radio to divert all of the circling aircraft? Thank you for reacting to this video, and I look forward to your future reactions! :)

Yes that is Robert Patrick who played the T1000 in Terminator 2. He wasn't a star yet, that's why his role in Die Hard 2 was small. He made Die Hard 2 before starring in Terminator 2. In fact, Jim Cameron saw him in this film, then auditioned him for Terminator 2. Of course he got the role, and it started his career.
@scottknode898
@scottknode898 10 ай бұрын
Robert Patrick’s first film was released in 1987 but had small roles like you said even in Die Hard 2 as terrorist O’Reily but yes it got him noticed for the role of T-1000 which made bin famous and now has almost 170 films to his credit. Robert Patrick has the distinction of being killed off by 3 of the biggest action stars in Die Hard 2 by Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger in Terminator 2 and Sylvester Stallone in Cop land where he played a corrupt cop.

@@scottknode898 Yes his first film was Warlords from Hell. Filmed in 1984, but released in 1987. He has more credits that that. The IMDB page doesn't show all of the credits of an actor. For instance, Robert made a film called Chop Shop, but that isn't credited on his IMDB page.

Commercial aircraft have localizer and ILS systems, but they rely on broadcast signals coming from the airport equipment. There have been real fatal air crashes caused by faulty airport systems.

11:00 He didn't stage his own death. The US government staged his death, making him a "non-person" so they could disavow him if he ever got caught or killed in a covert operation. That and Col. Stuart's line about "Treason is merely a matter of dates" and not "cutting the legs off of men like Esperanza...who have the guts to stand up against Communist aggression" imply that the US used to back Esperanza (secretly and illegally using Special Forces like Stuart) in exchange for him keeping communism out of his country, and when his drug dealings were exposed, they said "We are shocked! Shocked and appalled!" and turned against him while feigning innocence and ignorance of his corruption. Stuart, being such a rabid anti-communist that he believes stopping the "red menace" justifies any despicable act, didn't agree with dropping Esperanza, and so he went rogue to free the general. In real history, America's governmental leaders have backed or even set up corrupt regimes when it served their political or economic interests.

I love this film! In fact I prefer this one over Die Hard With A Vengeance. The third one is too similar to the first film it might as well be a remake. The second film however has enough to stand out as a sequel. The fact Stuart wasn't after money. The twist with the commandos. The finale being the best one in the franchise. The Windsor plane crash which makes you root for McClane and despise Stuart even more. There's just so many rewatchable things about this sequel even little things like when Stuart listens to the screams of all the passengers and crew on board the Windsor 114 flight he's emotionless but some of his own henchmen look at him as if to say "You've gone too far."

The charm of the die hard movies [last 2 are debatable] is that John isn't better than everyone else. He's just the guy who does what he thinks is the right thing in defiance of rules and regs. That's why he gets under the skin of both sides. Holly is too like him for theirs to be a peaceful home.

2:28 Oh, that's easy. All you need to change realities is like a water toy gun that can handle thicker material, like molasses. Then fill it with portal fluid from Rick & Morty, Rick tells the audience the recipe in the last episode, but no spoilers so I won't say it here. 😁 Totally works! I visited some parallel realities on New Year's and last weekend, it's awesome.

We presume that Powell was probably lying in the first film when he told the clerk the twinkies were for his wife. Ground control can reset the instrument displays on the planes. Normally ground control are good guys, so being able to reset plane systems would be no problem. The next film varies from the formula of the first two films, but it is very good! Great reactions to your second Die Hard film, Amanda!!!🎬👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Actually no on the ground can reset or change anything on the airplane's displays. The problem with movies like this is that there is too much Hollywood applied to them just to make a story. The ILS for example has a set of fixed antennas that send out signals that are detected by the airplane's navigation radios. I'm pretty sure there is no way to change the perceived altitude on a computer.
