This was probably the most successfull Eurodance group in the US, they had 5 songs at the top 100, two of those even reached no. 3, only one missed the top 50. Although Fun Factory had 6 songs at the US top 100, only two of those reached the top 50. After all those years, Another Night (and Automatic Lover) are just overplayed in my ears, still like Run Away but my favourite is One More Time.

This whole album is really good. Another similar group that is really good is "2 Unlimited". You should check out "Are you Ready for This" and "Twilight Zone" by them.

It's so weird, my parents' generation was all about the original on radio, my generation was more with Real McCoy's dance version (and most likely never heard the original), and now the later generation knows about the original song but through Guardians of the Galaxy (but probl'y never heard our version). Anyway, Fun Factory is a cool idea. "I Wanna B with U" is a fun happy pop song, so she might like that one.

My Aunt and Uncle met via the radio in the 1950s. My Uncle was an announcer at a regional country music station. My Aunt used to write him letters and he would reply to them. Both are deceased now, as is their daughter. But the have a son and many grandchildren who are their living legacy.

Like many European-made dance songs from this era, the woman in the video is not the actual singer. The visual representation of the group later expanded to have two women fronting it, but neither was the real singer.

This is a typical dance beat,a party song,usually in most cases party music are often lightweigh music,the best choice when you want to go out partying but compared to the classic songs that stood the test of time,they are more easily forgotten,but I think this party beat has some weight to it,its a song you do remember even when time have gone by. ..a good song,I remember I bought this single back in the day...

Loved Real McCoy, but the woman in the video (Patsy) isn't singing. All of the female vocals on this album were done by Karin Kasar. Before the pandemic, Karin was touring with O'Jay (the rapper) as Real McCoy.

There was a lot of "ghost producing" going on back then, but the female vocalist was definitely studio singer, Karen. "Run Away" had another studio singer involved, credited on the album, but Sadly, by the time they secured consistent vocalists for the group, they flopped and broke up.
