What I truly think is that children need education on how to cook, how to budget, how to live without running to fast food options. Basic nutrition and understanding food. We can’t go back to the days where everyone’s mother cooks dinner, so many women work out of necessity. And maybe we should cook for them! But it astonishes me how many people routinely go to MacDonalds or KFC for breakfast! Fast food has become the regular diet, and with so much stress and depression people comfort eat to fill the gaps in their lives, to calm down. And that’s a huge problem.
