Sprint jump at a 45-degree angle on the nether roof to win. The 45 degree angle will divide it by 2 and in the nether will divide it by 9

Best way is to get a lot of fireworks and search for elytras in the end city and fly with that elytra to another end city for another elytra and keep repeating the same.
