Hi mam. I had my NT Scan at 12 weeks. I have twins. Fetus A- Ductus Venosus is absent , only hepatic flow is seen and waveform is seen. Can you elaborate me that whether it has any cardiac defect if ductus venosus is absent . Fetus B- NT value is increased , reversal wave is seen . Doctor said that Fetus B would be terminated. I wanted to know about Fetus A

Very informative mam Panzooming or box zooming which one is good?mostly image gets blurred. Technology its difficult to obtain tip of nose in view .help me to correct it

Q2: Value of TVS in NTNB scan: TVS is useful for stuctural analysis (that will be discussed in the next video- Part II), not useful for NT as we do not get good Maneuverability

Everything is formed and normal except .Tricuspid Regergitation velocity 100cm/s in 12th week Doc said it will resolve in few weeks. asked to do early TIFA in 16week. will it resolve?

ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS: Absent Nasal Bone: Absent nasal bone you have to be careful before writing it adjust your technical parameters see to it that the nasal the face the nasal bone is parallel & Orientation of the face should be correct
