My journey started from doing project analysis & recommendations, some customer demanded for more services, like Design, Rental, Refurbish. some like staying there for the quietness. some are not into the quietness. there are plenty of vacant shops and office lots at the office towers as well. some parts of the office towers outdoors retain water when it rains. plenty of parking spaces. there are also many types of layout at the offices, shops/ retail shops with duplex units available. i hear more tenants have started to move in lately. oh, there's also a co-working office over there. limited makan places unless you walk out to the sungei way side, from the temple through 7eleven side.
