@@PropertyBuddyThere’s no more software update for the X50, the hardware can’t take it no more. That’s why proton introduced the recently launched X50 RC with newer headunit processors. So you shouldn’t be worried about modding the head unit. Plenty of tutorial in youtube on how to install apple carplay for X50, it’s free but you do need to buy a dongle first which cost around 80-90 myr.

some like staying there for the quietness. some are not into the quietness. there are plenty of vacant shops and office lots at the office towers as well. some parts of the office towers outdoors retain water when it rains. plenty of parking spaces. there are also many types of layout at the offices, shops/ retail shops with duplex units available. i hear more tenants have started to move in lately. oh, there's also a co-working office over there. limited makan places unless you walk out to the sungei way side, from the temple through 7eleven side.

I am looking for unit for investment. Looking at Atera, and reach here to your video. It seems like PJ area is a bit difficult to do rental... but because it is a very matured area, it is very convenient. If I were to move to PJ area or surrounding area to work, i would consider to rent these condo. And without the need to drive everyday, Atera is not bad.
