Ok now I know what metrics you use and I'm 100% you have no idea what a hit or a flop is. Dial of Destiny cost 387 million dollars to make. The marketing campaign is no less than 150 million for a movie like that. So total cost is around 540 million. But let's be generous and say marketing was around 115 million so we get close to just 500 million. I'm sure you are aware that theaters don't work for free, so half the money of the gross revenue goes to the theaters. Meaning a movie that costs 500 million has to make double the amount to just break even. So 1 billion dollars is the break even point, and only a value above that can be considered profitable for a movie that cost 387 million dollars. So no, Dial of Destiny wasn't a semi hit. It was a total disaster. And I'm not here hating on Harrison Ford. Great actor and I love pretty much all the movies he is in. But this is a very misleading type of video.
