Blocking is an underrated ability for everyone outside of offensive linemen. Zeke was an excellent back field blocker for Dak but no one ever gave him credit for doing it. In fact, putting his body on the line to block much bigger players probably contributed to his decline.

They do the RBs so dirts now it’s what it is but your so right zeke was the best blocking back and it’s gonna show next year also I believe most teams should try to play like the eagles so many option plays that benefit the RBs and counters like man cowboys literally every 1st down everyone knew zeke was getting it down the middle lol it was so annoying to see how basic the play calling was

It's weird because his whole career he has tried to be the opposite of Favre, but over the last 5 years or so, he and Favre have gotten close and it is ironic that Rodgers career trajectory is almost parallel to Favre at nearly the same amount of time with the franchise. The only real difference is that Favre _wanted_ to go to the Vikings, but he was traded to the Jets. Rodgers "says" he _wanted_ to go to the Jets, but it was the only team that had any shot at a Super Bowl where a trade with the Packers could work. It will be interesting to see that after his contract is up in New York, will he try to finish his career in San Francisco which ultimately is where he wanted to be in the first place?

And really beg back up QBs were their only wins. When the other team had a QB the Jets lost. The Jet defense's number are better than it actually was because they faced a ton of backups. Not a knock on them really. You only can play who you play. But the numbers were false because of it. I'll say it again the Jet could easy be 0-8 and still play well to start the year. I'd not be surprised at all because of who the play.

@@larrylindgren9484problem with your logic is that you could also say they lost so many games because they didn't have a good QB, you can judge them winning games against back ups but you have to recognize that they lost games because they didn't have a good QB

The Jets were a mediocre QB away from winning the division and making the playoffs. They beat the Bills and Dolphins with the worst QB tandem in the league.. there’s no way they have a season like the Broncos. Rodgers could have his worst season & they’d still be head & shoulders above what they had last year.. not to mention the Broncos didn’t have anyone like Breece Hall putting up CMAC-esque production, OROY, DROY, two potential DPOY in sauce and quennin, an OLineman who would’ve mad ALL PRO at multiple positions had he not gotten hurt in Alijah Vera Tucker.. the Jets are stacked depth wise on all fronts.. the broncos defense is good but other than that not much else

Nick's argument doesn't hold water. When has Rodgers EVER had a top tier receiving core? Who was his #2 and #3 WR for his last 2 MVP seasons? When has GB ever had an impactful TE, other than maybe Jermichael Finley for a short stint, years ago. Rodgers has proven multiple times, that he can achieve MVP status, with a single elite WR. If you want to argue that Wilson isn't or can't be that, I can understand that point. But to imply that his lack of weapons after Wilson, is somehow a valid argument he can't be MVP, contradicts the historical facts of Aaron Rodgers' past MVPs. In 2020, the #2 GB WR was MVS with 33 for 690. His #3 was Lazard, 33/451. In 2021, the #2 GB WR was Lazard with 40/513 and #3 WR was Cobb 28/375. Trying to use the #2 and #3 WRs as evidence of why Rodgers can't be MVP, defies all logic.

For the love of God can we get an analyst that is an actual jet fan or knows a few stats.. I'm so sick of people defending the Jets but not having the stats to back it up.. like really do you know how many one-score games the Jets were in? This guy could name one there's at least five.. so you telling me and AR8 can't get one more td to win those games but Sean Payton can coach Russell Wilson to get one more is more likely lmao help

He said immunized not vaccinated brou, chill. Lying is an absolute stretch there, lost a bit of respect for Brou on that statement. If he said he had gotten the jab then I'd agree 💯

If you have neck ears and looking like Mr Crocker from Fairly Oddparents like Nick Wright, then don’t talk about the Jets. 😅

Look at Rodgers year to year stats, and he has had 4 really good/great years in his career, he has tended to have 2 to 3 so so years in a row between those! I think people forget the years like that and just remember him for the great years!

lol bruhh in 2013 and 2017 he got hurt. In 2022 he had Lazard as WR1 in a run-heavy offence and in 2019 they were 13-3 and went to the Champ game. 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2020, 2021 he was absolutely phenomenal. Only bad years I see w no excuse was 2015 and 2018 (McCarthy did pack it in too)
